It took me much more time and effort to determine the correct parts. I spoke to a person who seemed to understand and then some bogus AI took over and I couldn't tell really what was going on. This was very confusing because, believe it or not, I am not expert in scooter design and maintenance. Being told I was being handed off was very off-putting.

The phone call and ordering was very helpful. The seat assembly came quicker than promised. I am 74 and I watched 1 YouTube video on a similar model and was able to remove the broken seat and install the replacement on my husband's scooter in about 20-25 minutes!! Easy Peasy! Perfect tread on drive wheels!
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast! The drive wheels worked out perfectly. Exactly what we needed. No more spinning balled wheel. I also ordered the castor wheels. They were really good wheels but didn’t end up working for our chair. Return was a breeze.
