Good Product, Little Support

The items I purchased were as ordered, however, I tried to ask follow-up questions and never received a response.
(Update) Perhaps my review should be titled "Good Product, Little Patience (Mine)" I didn't realize my request was made just prior to the weekend. Everything was actually handled timely. Thanks
