just like Bally‘s they suck deposits are quick and easy but of course withdrawals take absolutely too long when places like DraftKings and Golden Nugget but MGM withdrawals literally take 30 seconds. It’s shameful the monopoly and Bally’s for should wait upwards of 24 hours if not longer, it’s just a scam. They know the gambling is addictive the longer. We have to wait for our withdrawals. I loved playing monopoly. I had great wins and also great loses too, but I enjoyed the random jackpots that were pretty frequent. It was great, I play daily. But then it changed. I'd get requests for documents. Demands to call and talk to them. Conversations that took 45 mins or more. Demands to set limits on my spending. Then the real doozy, I've just spent 3 months, during which time my account was suspended while they asked me for bank statements after bank statements. Breakdowns on monies, where it came from, who it came from. Why did I get this money or that money. Demanded to see my husbands bank accounts. Then Demanded to talk to a third party, namely my husband. They wanted tax records. It was endless but when they wanted to talk to a third party about my playing an online casino app, I decided regardless of how much I had enjoyed their app, they had gone to far. 3 months I jumped through hoop after hoop. So I said 'no' and of course they then closed my account and said it would remain closed unless i adhered to their last request. But each week I got a new request for more information so I knew even after talking to the third party it might not be all over. And someone had to call an end to the relentless intrusion into my financials. If like me you are a gambler, and I am, I lived in the USA where we had at least 6 casinos within an hour or less drive away. So I've never denied I'm a gambler. But I keep a separate bank account for my gambling. I dont access our household account or our savings accounts to play. But monopoly were just never happy. I suspect they were also accusing me of money laundering. I'm over 66 yrs old, retired. I have my pensions which I spend as I choose. But no, they were never happy with any of my explanations. If you have pending withdrawals they will not allow you to deposit more money from your bank account. It's shady how they do it because I use ACH it allows me to go in to make a deposit but then somehow they have a hold or a stop on me depositing shady place do not use them.

I set up an account and sent a $50 deposit. None of the games would let me in to play. When I tried the help it kept saying technology issues. I just asked for my deposit back that I sent etransfer and to close the account. We'll in order to get deposit back they want photo ID back and front. They want a selfie. app. There are many fraud reviews that are true. They will start taking money from your bank like people said that will not show up anywhere in your app history, not on apple or inside app history. Then, if you call, they close your account. They say check history. They will report you as basically a “bounced check return” when you file fraud like a normal person does with their bank. Then they will send you legal paperwork and ask for notarized paperwork and police report. This is all under $100 mind you so youll be wasting months of time and money because you would not let this app steal $10 here and $50 there hoping you wouldnt notice while you are not playing on app.

Scammers! Like so many others here, they have closed my account immediately after I attempted a withdrawal. They had no issues when I was depositing and playing until I tried to withdraw, then my account was suddenly closed. They then asked me to complete enhanced verification which was unnecessarily tedious (stand outside my house holding a photo of my ID, with the door number of my house visible in the photo as well as today's date written on a piece of paper as well as images of my bank card and bank statements)! I have done enhanced verification on other sites and it was never this complicated. Nevertheless, I did everything they asked but they have now gone silent. I am sure they do this because it sometimes prevents people from being able to withdraw so the casino can just keep the money. Absolute joke of a company. I will be writing a letter to the gambling commission and speaking to my bank to recover my money. I will also be seeking legal advice for a civil suit against them. Bally sent me a personal invitation to join thier new casino (this one) that came with a deposit 10 $ get 80 $. Only my address changed since signing up with bally and they transfered all my information from bally to monopoly causing me to not be able to verify. It made it so even with talking with thier live chat and explaining the situation, uploading my current ID and bank statement with my new address I couldn't get verified in time to use the bonus.
