Amazing Customer Service

I want to start off by saying that I don't write a lot of reviews. even less positive ones but I feel this company deserves it.

Great Communication, fast shipping, and their prices were very good. I'm a small fish in a giant ocean. my orders will never be massive, but I feel like I have been treated well and I would expect that to continue in the future.

I have been building computers for the past 25 years or so, having a reliable place to get parts from and have your questions answered is so important.

2020 has been a difficult year and I haven't felt really comfortable since NCIX went under. I was thrilled to find out that my sales rep from NCIX is now with Monolith not only does this give me the confidence to order from them but it also assures me that this is a solid company that I can trust.

I look forward to ordering with them in the future. If you're like me and wondering if you should order from them .. I would suggest that you go ahead and do that you won't regret it.
