Experience with this website was great. Has a great selection of Indie brands, American ones which would be hard to get or have extortionate import fees. My packages two palettes one for my niece and one for me, came very well wrapped, no broken shadows. My package came super quick too to Dublin, Ireland. Well impressed, they also use DHL which in my humble opinion are one of the best couriers here. Thanks Monolith, great service.

Ordered some palettes, paid extra shipping protection, one of the palettes arrived damaged. Wrote to them, they offered me 10 euros compensation. Didn't want that asked for replacement, never got their response nor refund. This is the first and the last time I placed an order on this site

Great prices, nice brands and the delivery was fast.
Only thing is; Germany to Netherlands delivery costs €9. So that is a bit expensive but over all i am really happy customer and finally van find a place who are selling Glamlite!😍😍

Palette arrived with one broken shadow. Contacted them, they saw my message and haven’t bothered to respond. It’s a shame because their delivery was great, but they don’t care about communicating with customers if something goes wrong. This was a gift for someone. I wanted to buy more things, but unfortunately will not be due to bad service

The customer service for this business is non-existent. I placed a large and expensive order which was returned by UK customs due to incorrect declaration on the sellers end. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email and social media (where I can see they have read my message but have just ignored me) to no avail. I am now having to claim my money back via Paypal which is a lengthy process. I think the service this business offers is fantastic in theory but the lack of thought or care for paying customers means I will no longer be shopping from them, i'll go to US brands directly.

I ordered a palette on 12.09.23 with DHL 4-6 day tracked shipping. Now on 04.10.23 with no palette, no form asking me to pay customs etc, nothing. Email and messages to the company haven't been replied to and I'm now having to go through PayPal to file a chargeback as the DHL tracking says it's being returned to sender due to insufficient info from the sender and it hasn't passed customs. Really upset as the makeup isn't cheap from here.
Update: I did get a refund once I filed the chargeback and an apology that it was an issue on their end. Have reordered so will update if it arrives

This company is a scam. I tried to order a product, they e-mailed me saying my address was not working. We've had the same address for 20 years but as I gave my mum's name I thought maybe she's registered under her maiden name so I replied giving my father's name. Nothing happened. Since then, I tried to reach out twice asking for the product or a refund and only got an irrelevant answer asking me what was the problem.
