Easy to make and ship. They are giving me updates on my order.

Only received 2 of the 4 items. Had to argue with support that one of the shipments only included 1 item and not 3. Thank goodness I saved packaging that clearly stated what was in it. Still waiting for the remaining 2 items. Ridiculous!!

We had placed an order for two flags for memorial fundraiser. We never received our flags. Just another reason to shop local.

I was able to personalize this blanket and it was a beautiful reminder to our friend of how much we love her!

I am completely dissatisfied with my bracelet. It looks like something I could have purchased at Walmart for half of the price. One of three things happened: 1) I ordered the wrong one. The one I thought I ordered was thinner and definitely more feminine, 2) This is a men's bracelet or 3) I was sent the wrong one by accident. Additionally it took far too long to receive. Is it possible to return the bracelet for credit ?

I ordered 3 sequins pillowcases and the pillow inserts that are personalized with photographs. All of the pillowcases turned out extremely light and pictures were cut off. I reached out to customer service and was give this response, “Thank you for contacting us again. We would like to inform you that the sublimating sequin is unpredictable. The sequin moves when brushed from side to side. If we redo the item, the output might be the same. This is how we produce and send to all the customers.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.”

The pillowcases are all messed up and they won’t do anything about it. Do not buy from this company if you want guaranteed good products.

Edit- customer service sent me out 3 new sequins pillow cases. They’re much better! But still not as great as the pictures portrayed. If you’re fine with them not being perfect then get them. Otherwise get something else.

Love MonogramOnline variety of items you can have personalized. Also their sale prices are good too. Great website for gifts and easy to personalize. It makes the gift giver feel good that they had a part in creating it and the receiver feel special with their name on it!

The picture on the towel is awesome. It is crisp, clear & colorful.

I ordered four matching, personalized towels--they arrived as promised in just under a week! They got a little bit plumper after I washed them. My only suggestion would be a "mid-production" contact with the customer instead of only an email when the order was placed and a shipping email, though both of those were great.

Design very nice but material questionable about holding up. Very thin and creases in areas so need to wash by itself. First item I’ve bought that’s in question.

I bought a beach towel for my nephew with his name monogramed on it....He absolutely loved it.

I would return these if you send me instructions. Graphics and printing are really cute BUT the quality of the fabric is cheap and shows markswhen folded and brushed in one direction. I bought a lot and am disappointed Aprons are cute.

I ordered 12 pillowcases for our baseball team that I designed/personalized and they came out perfect! Got them for a great price and two weeks after I placed my order 🙌
