I am disappointed this time around. We ordered the second time from this website and we needed to adjust the order ( in their favour i might add) . Nobody picks up the phone, there is no option to cancel or adjust the order online - even if European regulation states you can opt out of the contract within 14 days-, nobody replied to contact forms. Today i received an email that the order is shipped, so they ignored our attempts to contact.We will see how everything arrives in the end but the shipping costs are HUGE for this level of non existing customer support - 45 euros for some minor things.

I was apprehensive from some of the reviews but I really liked the look of the beds so bit the bullet. Delivery came within a week to the UK, tracking was updated regularly and everything arrived in perfect condition. The bed is lovely and great quality wood, fairly easy to put together (instructions are a little confusing) but all around a great experience and would definitely buy from here again!

I ordered this bed over two months ago in September. One part arrived and the other two parts still have not. They have been stuck in French customs for a month now. This company doesn’t know which package they have sent me in order to resend the other packages. I have asked for a refund and they are not replying to my emails now. I’m expecting a baby in a month and this is causing me stress. Do not use this company

Ordered a bed and it arrived before the estimated arrival time which was a bonus!
Very easy to assemble and didn’t take long. Beautiful bed, solid and have gotten so many compliments about it. Great to know that the little one is safe when in their big bed and won’t fall out. Would recommend.

We first went to the physical store to get a sense of the looks and quality of the beds. The salesperson explained everything well and advised us to order online to get our customizations.
I ordered from Germany and wanted to get it delivered to Sweden.
The bed and the other items got delivered quite fast and it's really good!!!

The best purchase for our child. We bought a house bed when she was 18 months and now that she is 5, she still loves it. Amazing quality and amazing customer service. Would definitely recommended.
