Poor dispatch. Not arrived. Poor service. Avoid

Even 1 star is more for my experience.
I placed and order cctv worth 10k and he provide me proforma invoice on email and on that email he did charge me tax and when I asked for paid invoice from november 2024 and he gave me invoice in jan 2025 and removed all tax so basically I paid tax and I won't able to claim a back so it's horrible experience so never buy stuff as so many cusotmer complaining about service. So never recommend to anyone.
So never buy from them I would say scammer. Also not able to provide me VAT receipt . More than happy to provide proof if trust Pilot ask or anyone want to see it.

PLACED AN ORDER IN NOVEMBER. TOLD DELIVERY WOULD BE A FEW DAYS. BEEN CHASING EVER SINCE. NEVER ANSWER PHONE, REPLY TO EMAILS OR LIVE CHAT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible costumer service, order never arrived, despite contacting them several times I never get a response or update.

I would advise EXTREME CAUTION if you are considering buying from this ‘supplier’. I placed an order for just under £500 for CCTV equipment to be delivered 10-12 December. Other than the email confirmation of the order there has been nothing from the seller. I have phoned & emailed numerous times and used their online inquiry form; I have had no response to any of my requests for an update on delivery or to have my money refunded. It may be of no coincidence that the website disappeared a couple of days after I placed the order. A new webpage appeared announcing a new website in the New Year also included a contact form for new and existing customers. I have submitted several inquiries none of which have received a response despite the promise of one within 48hrs. That page now seems to have sporadic availability. I noted the positive reviews prior to making payment, I sincerely wish I had read more of them, as it seems I am not the only one to have paid and not received their goods. I remain hopeful that MonkeyTools will do the right thing and either fulfil the order or refund my money.

Ordered online - item arrived promptly and as described.

No reply, website or tools. I should have read this before I purchased. I assume that they have gone into liquidation.

Same experience unfortunately. The incorrect, cheaper item was sent out. No response to emails...

really good website easy to navigate all the orders arrived on time friendly service always ready to help.

Gosh. I don't know what is going on with this business.
Ordered items 8 weeks ago.Half of order arrived couple of weeks later and second half did not even show up.
Contacted them via email Whatapp and phone many times....no response.
Did get through via phone last week to be told they would look into it and get back to me by end of day.....
they did not. Have now gone through credit card company for refund after trying again to get in touch...so much work. Bank are trying to get money back. Be very careful people

Avoid! order never arrived and they didn't responded to any of my messages, emails and WhatsApp's and their phone line does not work either. After repeated messaging they have set up a refund, whether or not I receive it remains to be seen.

Fast delivery, helpful and friendly staff when I phoned with a query and a small mistake was quickly rectified. I would certainly buy from MonkeyTools again and have been singing their praises to all my family and friends

Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. Shocking company to deal with. Monkey tools? More like monkey customer service!!

Placed an order on 29th Oct 2024 which did not arrive. I tried to contact via telephone and had no answer. Later received response via WhatsApp saying phone lines down. No response to further WhatsApp messages. Will attempt legal action. Please exercise caution if dealing with this business as it starts to look like a scam.

AVOID this company. I ordered three security cameras three weeks ago and still haven’t received them. My order confirmation said delivery would be within 2 to 3 days. Two emails later with no reply I’m having to contact my credit card company to force a refund. This is the first and last time I’ll buy from them

absolutely awful company to deal with, tried to contact someone for 5 days using email, WhatsApp, online chat, instagram and Facebook, finally got a reply when I asked to cancel. order was cancelled but still didn't even get a response, it was my bank that notified me when I had a refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! do not punish yourself buying from this poor company. ordered from a more reputable company and the same product was with me in under 12 hours (you pay for what you get).

Not sure what's going on with this company. Maybe a scam.

Definitely don't waste your time

Placed an order. Never heard anything for 7 days. Battled to get through to someone , managed one what's app message.
Got my bank involved got an update saying my order has been refunded. Will wait and see if the money comes back.

We placed our order on the 24th of October, received an email to say the order was being processed and that it would be dispatched 29th-31st of October. I received an email this morning to say that my payment was being refunded, no apology, no explanation as to why my order was being cancelled, just that it could take 10 days for my payment to be refunded.

Poor Communication, and extremely poor customer service I will not be using this company again
