I used Monkey Puzzle for the first time this week to print some event programmes. The customer service was excellent and I'm very happy with the print quality too. We selected fast turnaround, and knowing that there are some issues with courier's due to proximity to Christmas they called me first thing after placing the order to upgrade our order and made a plan to ensure we had them on time. They were very friendly, flexible and helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure we got the programmes on time. So grateful and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I came across Monkey Puzzle when I was looking for a very quick next-day turnaround on a brochure and some roller banners for a last-minute event.

Unfortunately due to my own poor planning, I missed the submission deadline for one part of my order, however the team went out of their way to make sure this didn't affect my delivery and I was still able to receive all items.

They were great at keeping me informed every step of the way, and also took me through a backup plan that they had in case there were any issues.

The finished product looks great, and I'm really pleased with the quality.

I have used Monkey Puzzle a couple of times now for very short notice (same day) printing. The team are quick at picking up the requests and ensuring they are printed to meet the deadline.
Unlike other companies, they ask more details about the latest you require the printing to ensure they're giving you the most cost effective service.
Overall a great company, friendly team and I will continue to use them in the future.
