Purchase a pair of c280 and after about…

Purchase a pair of c280 and after about 2/3 weeks in! and the tweeter blown on one.. trying to get it sorted
Is an nightmare ! won't deal with me very well only the supplier so endless back and forth, i offered too pay for the repair at the beginning because i had a feeling its going to be hassle but no... that's to easy, been wrongly accused of a dent in the tweeter through a photo rather than just excepting it back and seeing for themselves no dent at all just a faulty speaker!!! Did give me a price on a supply only tweeter at £28 so all this nonsense for £28 which is probably a £5 to them unbelievable.. would of thought any decent business would support the customer!!

First Class Customer Service

Contacted MA after the display on my GSW12 subwoofer failed, after a static charge was delivered when reaching for the volume control. Initial response within a few hours and a new part (FOC) delivered (first class post) the next day. Customer Service of this quality is unheard of these days. First Class!

I bought a set of mr4 2 mouth ago from monitor audio

I bought a set of mr4 2 mouth ago from dealer.
Had trouble with them 2 weeks later , tried call company got run around from them.
I tried going to deal to see what they could do for me ,they got the run around and was told they won't warranty them.
The company has a warranty policy for 5 year from the date of purchase.
I now have to fix them by ordering parts from them.

One of my monitor Audio speakers…

One of my monitor Audio speakers recently went wrong, I contacted them and a very helpful young lady contacted me after her getting all the details she needed she kindly replaced the damaged cone FOC!!!! Excellent service I can't praise them enough!!! Well done!!

Monitor audio monitor series

Bought the 5 Monitor audio monitor series and really happy , really wouldn’t know these are classed as budget speakers, great price and very detailed quality sound. Top tip don’t buy the monitor audio monitor subwoofer , it’s under powered for this system. I listened to it in my local audio shop and decided to keep my 200w harman kardon 10’ sub. 5 stars for the 5 surround speaker package , excellent product , highly recommended

First Class

I bought a Roksan Kandy K2 Amplifier 5 years ago. This brand is now owned by Monitor Audio. It failed with 2 weeks left on the warranty. I took it apart because a) I didn't realise it had a 5 year warranty and b) I am the manager of a PCB repair department and have a lot of experience of the repair of electronic equipment.
The supply relay was arcing and the amplifier supply was shutting down because two of the FETs in the output stage were a dead short, one n channel the other p channel so a short across the supply.

I called the shop from which I purchased it to tell them about the appalling standard of assembly which I uncovered. Butchered pcb tracks, blown sm components cut out and replaced by through hole components on the solder side of the board, poorly executed mods and rework abounded. Appalling at the best of times but particularly so in a very expensive hifi amplifier which has any pretensions to quality.

Monitor Audio ( a really helpful chap called Dan) agreed to take it back and fix it. 3 weeks later it has been returned to me in pristine condition notwithstanding the fact that I had dismantled and re assembled it. I haven't actually tried it as I write this but I have every confidence that all will now be well. It has a new main PCB so basically everything replaced because the original had a fault which could not be traced which is hardly surprising in view of its questionable history.

Dan was helpful in every way and I would not hesitate to buy another Monitor Audio product.

I have one of their sub-Woofers in use and it has performed perfectly for several years

Helpful at all times

I have a monitor audio mass 10 set up and needed some advise etc about a new stand or what I could do as my pug dog reversed into it and broke it .Even though everywhere is on lockdown my call was still answered and my e.mail was answered within a day .Even when I had to phone again 2 weeks later because my son did the same thing their response was the same polite etc . Both laddies were very helpful and knowledgable and a credit to the company .

I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze…

I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze speakers which I paired with a Musical Fidelity M3i amplifier and I was so impressed with the sound that I relegated them to the bedroom system (Arcam amp) and upgraded to the Monitor Audio Silvers........ I love the sound and I am so pleased with my choice....... Top quality and highly recommended.

Great Customer Service

I bought a pair of MA Silver 10's secondhand which didn't have floor spikes so I contacted MA just to ask what size spikes were needed since I expected to be able to buy the correct ones cheaper on eBay than from MA. However, the Customer Service department advised that they would supply 8 spikes free of charge and these duly arrived a couple of days later. Impressive service and this will certainly make me think about buying MA speakers again in the future when I get the itch to upgrade.

Stellar customer service

I have a S200 airstream speaker from Monitor Audio, which decided to give up the ghost after many years' excellent service. The product was well out of warranty, but I hate the idea of just throwing it into landfill. I contacted their customer services dept who suggested I send it in so they could have a look at to see if it was fixable (tha k you Tracy).

A few days later I received an email to say that a PCB had failed, they have replaced it and they could send it back to me... free of charge. This is for a speaker that is no longer being manufactured, that most companies would have regarded as obsolete.

This company really stands by its products and their customer service simply could not have been friendlier or more helpful. There are many companies out there offering high quality products; in this situation a company's values, commitment and service makes all the difference. Thank you.

Purchased monitor audio bronze 5 one of…

Purchased monitor audio bronze 5 one of the speakers was damaged upon opening the box richer sounds kindly exchanged the product ended up exchanging them for monitor Audio silver 500 over all was pretty disappointed with the sound quality cabinets are built to high standard but definitely need to improve on the drivers wasn’t happy with the w12 subwoofer bass output was mediocre so got that exchanged to the Dali k14 which was much better not happy with the monitor audio silver c150 and also the fx v2 surrounds not worth the money I now wish I had gone for the Dali which seem to provide a more superior sound quality

Monitor Audio are a disgusting company

Monitor Audio are a disgusting company, the Customer Service is a complete joke and i was victimised for pointing out a Production Issue with the New Monitor Audio Monitor 300 Speakers, i was also told that i was the only one who had complained, it doesn't take a mastermind to work out what the implication was there! For those that would like to know i had purchased a set of Monitor Audio Monitor 300 speakers which i found out had cracks in the cones although apparently this is a scoring to rear of the cone, i actually felt it with my finger nail from the front of the speaker cone so i beg to differ, i had this fault on one speaker from each cabinet so this is not good as a speaker cone should never have a defect like this, Monitor Audio have a problem, i was then sent another set and i was assured these were perfect, upon receipt i found the same issue on one of the cones in one cabinet, i decided to go for the Bronze 6's as obviously the Monitor range clearly have issues, upon receipt of the Bronze 6's which i checked in store one of the cones had a lump on it as it had been knocked from the back, obviously in production, and on the bottom of both cabinets they had peeling wraps and lumps underneath them, two different Monitor Audio ranges both with cabinet and speaker cone faults, Quality Control is not Monitor Audio's strong point at present, this is the shortened version as there is so much more to say but if you have the New Monitor Audio Monitor Range with the Orange Cones then shine a fairly powerful led light across the speaker cone holding the led light from the left side of the cone and then the right side of the cone as this will show the cracks location, they start right from the outer edge and progress inwards, apparently once i bought this up and i may add i had to email the Quality Control Director a cone was tested to destruction and these cones never failed at those points, well i never saw that so i cannot comment however that test is no substitute for longtime use of the equipment so your either happy having cracked cones or you are not, from a company like Monitor Audio i'd expect more but something is not quite right at present, i hope you haven't got a dodgy set and if you do and you decide to keep them i hope they don't give you any trouble.
Big thumbs down for me and i'll soon be posting a Vlog about the issues i had in more detail and i shall be posting the images of the faults too.

In a crowded market with lots of decent products, Monitor Audio seem to produce a number of quality items.
However, if you're torn between two similar products then consider customer service as the differentiator. I registered my product earlier this year and have since contacted Monitor Audio with two queries. Both times I received almost immediate responses and genuinely outstanding service. They seem to really care about helping you getting the best out of your product. The absolute opposite of corporate robots, they've made me doubly grateful for buying one of their products and they'll be at the top of my list in future. I'll tell anyone who listens. Cracking stuff.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I'm the proud owner of a set of 5.1 Monitor speakers. I initially chose Monitor due to their specs, design and performance reviews.

When I recently encountered an issue, three years after purchase, their customer service has been amazing. It was a long-standing issue I'd had with my setup - that took me years to identify as a fault with one of the speakers (which will not have been due to Monitor or a manufacturer issue, likely transit or similar).

Even though the speakers were bought from another firm, and Monitor merely supplied them, their communication throughout has been amazing. They kindly put my mind at rest, had in depth discussions with me about my setup and helped get the speaker working perfectly. I now have an unbelievably good sound system, but not just due to the speakers - also due to communication about setting it all up.

I would highly recommend Monitor for both their outstanding products, but also for their amazing customer service. Thankyou! :)

Great products - even greater service!!!

I have never experienced anything like this company.

Not only do they produce amazing sound quality products, but when my subwoofer suddenly broke, i contacted them for information about components to repair it, and they sent me a complete piece for replacement (about 20% of the entire subwoofer) completely free of charge, even though my warranty has expired.

I am now, once again, the happy owner of a working, super awesome subwoofer. Thank you so much for the great support and to the very kind person in your staff who helped me fix my subwoofer :)
