customer service that doesn't care.
The only thing you can write is that you respond within 24 hours, which is completely wrong. And that you haven't received any email from me, which is also completely wrong since I have both sent you email and filled out your contact form on your website. In addition, I have given you all the information regarding my order here, but your customer service doesn't even bother to take the time to look up the information and contact me. And you don't care at all if you give bad reviews here. Instead, you should have five stars for the worst and poorest customer service you can get.
