They replied as
'We've been reviewing your application and I've just heard back from the compliance team at our banking partner and unfortunately the application hasn't been approved. They don't provide a reason for accounts not being approved, just that it sits outside of their risk appetite on this occasion, so unfortunately we can't provide any more information as to why. This is a decision made based on regulatory requirements that all banks and payment institutions are held to.
This is the message I got from from them;when i try to initiate an account with them.On this reply, you can obviously see they, they produce alot of excuses with alineating and discriminating plocies;therefore their services are not efficent nor genuine.There are better financial institutions on the net;You can find better one where you get the best quality of services with customer friendly services!!!..Dont risk your money...
