This is the online bank of yesterday I blocked my account with £ 850 and I am not allowed to access the account, I have an email with the test when I put on my account £ 850 I can not believe that the banks have started to steal people's money, at who could I call, I'll take the money back!

These people being Moneymona are CRIMINALS and I’m sure they will be a huge investigation on them soon as it seems I’m not the only one who’s had there accounts CLOSED with funds locked inside and with zero explanation on when and how to retrieve those funds. I have over £2000 in my account, sent countless emails, customer service has no idea what is going on it’s madness. Will be contacting the financial ombudsman regarding this issue.

The bank has blocked my account within a week of opening it. A couple of transactions happened and after emailing countless times, their email address has gone, I have lost £300 and the customer service is useless. Warning to all, do not use them

They just stole my money,it was about 2300+, just blocked my account and stop answer my emails. Need to call the police about them and their actions.

It’s over a week, I ma not able to access my account or my money. The have non existing customer service team. Always one person who picks up the phone. 7days a week, they always have technical issues, website does not work, app does not work. Is this bank ran by Scammers? I will be involving the motor ombudsman

Took money from my account then locked it. Person who answers the phone doesn't know what is going on. No one responds to my emails. Being run by school boy scammers it seems. Avoid at all costs. I am currently looking into who to make complaints to.

Not been able to access my account or use my bank card since yesterday and I have sent over 10 emails and not 1 reply I have £140 in my account and I've got no way of accessing my money

Bunch of criminals, stole my money, ignore my messages I’ve got proof from my bank to show that the money was transferred, do not use!!

Don’t have any dealings with this bank. They are used by scammers and bank will not respond to my bank requests

I never used contactless before covid but now use my MoneyMona to pay contactless all the time.

23/01/23 - SENT MY PHONE NUMBER TO SOLARIS SAME DAY, AS THEY REQUESTED - NO CONTACT TO DATE NOR A REPLY FROM THE EMAIL CONTACT FORM I SENT FROM THEIR WEBSITE ON 18TH.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND JUST MAKES ME BELIEVE THEY ARE JUST A SCUM BANK FOR CRIMINALS AND MONEY LAUNDERING. DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

AM REPORTING TO THE POLICE.

I'm a victim of ID theft as someone has applied for a MoneyMona card with my details but I still have postal redirection in place so have received the card so at least it can't be activated but, I want it cancelled immediately but cannot get through to anyone at MoneyMona and have emailed Solaris / Contis

This bank scamed me for £1400 that I didn't send out of my bank 8weeks and they couldn't get my money back for me and then said few week after that someone has contacted them and they money I put in the bank is dogey or scam money. this bank is a joke stay well away.

Stay well away from this fraudulent company. They are currently being investigated

Applied 6 weeks ago didn't received any email or post anything about application

Having spoken to the company, having paid via paypoint twice provided evidence of payment they said they have NOT received all fund and will not provide a refund paypoint have confirmed they recived funds, however they failed to follow legal procedures in tracing missing finds,( which are not missing) this company needs to be investigated for fraudulent behaviour
