Awesome Company

The whole process from the beginning to the end was fast and efficient. Communication was fantastic and I had the funds within 24 hours. Would highly recommend Moneyme to anyone wanting a loan.

The ease of the website to navigate…

The ease of the website to navigate through. Any over information need, emails with easy to understand instructions, so if you aren't email, computer savvy, no worries as money me makes it easier to navigate and complete your application.

Buggy App and Surcharge Fees

I am unable to manage my loan as their app says I currently have no active loans. Been trying to reach customer service for 48 hours unsuccessfully. I was also shocked to be hit with a $9 surcharge fee because I made an EARLY payment (after being told no extra fees for early payments).
