Helpful when you need money and customer service chat very helpful

As much as I hate to admit it. The sign up/register/create account/new customer/and any other word that can be used in terms of joining an organization; accordingly one thing is for sure with Money Lion. Make for certain that when you send in your most important document that being your selfie with an arm (left or right doesn't matter) your head eyes, ears nose and mouth that your cell phone camera is of NASA TECH & QUALITY. If you have a phone where the quality is that of say the Mr. Mahgoo Paper plane contest held one a decade you will not be inducted into the Money Lion First Line Of Combat Defense Unit. I am going to buy a better camera for the selfie issue. Tough Rules make it harder for tough con artists, scammers, probably someone's Granny Making Winter Blankets For Those Less Fortunate and any and all who like to prey on honest folks. Yes absolutely pissed off with this selfie thing . But in the long run it's better security for me.

Money lion help to people who got into my account and sold on my money by saying that I was liable for the money and they got to get away with it I'm not liable for something that happened that I did not give them permission to do I didn't even know they did it until the bank told me that somebody changed my email address they sell my phone then they get hit every account I have that's called identity theft and money lion helped them

God damn money lion!! After being a customer since 2019 they closed my account for no god damn reason. My direct deposit was canceled and now can’t even pay bills! They staid 3-5 days for it to be reviewed! Go to hell! You lost a customer I’m transferring all to capital one!

MoneyLion is legit, the application is very user friendly. Customer support agents; are usually. very knowledgeable and kind. Also There are an array of tools, and resources:To utilize everything money. The app Definitely would be good for first +time online-app bank users. Instacash is like a payday loan/advance. They also offer loans: via their Credit Builder Plus Loan "Intstallment". Of which both automatically available immediately.

MoneyLion has an extremely wide variety of resources. With an updated app. I can say you should try them if you have/haven't; not yet/or run low on money they… Are a go too always!

MoneyLion has been useful for tracking my spending and getting quick access to small cash advances when needed. The app works well overall, though some features and fees could be explained more clearly.

very annoyed with moneylion. i signed up specifically because of instacash, verified my identity, met the requirements listed, and still cannot access it. there is zero transparency and no helpful explanation from support. advertising a feature so heavily but not actually allowing qualified users to use it feels very misleading.

One star and that’s because I can’t give one stars. I started my bank account with this company with the understanding that once I started the account I would have a $1,000 instacash. Been using them for money instacash for almost a year. Switched my direct deposit with them and not only did I not get the $1,000 instacash but they offered me the lowest amount for almost a year. They are still monitoring my old bank account and now trying to pull money out of my old account. Customer service is a joke. All they do is read from a script. Asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times and still have not talked to a supervisor and that was almost a week ago. And good luck understanding anything they say because all the customers service I have spoken with I can not understand. I am a disabled veteran that is limited on fund’s especially with prices of everything going up. Take my advice and get as far away from the company as possible and quick. This company has no idea what is doing and it shows.

A payment was submitted for my money lion account and it said it would be processed on the 15th IN BRIGHT RED LETTERS ( I have picture proof if necessary).

It is now passed that day and they're trying to tell me it could be up until the 19th that it is processed. They lied, I relied on that due date and now I have an account messed up because of it. it is terrible business practice

Absolutely love the app. Offers so much more then other banking apps.

They allowed someone to open an account fraudulently in my name. And then they continue to send me ads and correspondence even after I've contacted them and told them that it was fraud. They promised to close that account and and flag it. A week later still not done. They also are not responding to correspondence. They are liars they are cheats they are frauds. How do you allow someone to open an account with someone else's information and how do you allow that to stay open after you have been notified and given proof that that is fraud and not legitimate?

My account had been blocked, and instead of treating me like just another number, she actually listened to the situation, looked into it properly, and helped get things resolved so I could continue helping people through my investment and trading education work.
A lot of people online are being pushed toward pure gambling behavior in crypto without even realizing it. I constantly run into individuals being told to just click “up” or “down” on price movements without charts, indicators, risk management, or any understanding of what they’re doing. That’s not investing — that’s basically a coin flip.
What I try to teach people is how to trade more responsibly using actual tools like indicators, stop losses, trailing stop losses, and risk management so they stop blowing through money they can’t afford to lose.
Cindy took the time to understand that difference instead of instantly judging the situation or giving canned responses. She treated me like a human being, communicated clearly, stayed professional the entire time, and genuinely helped.
That kind of customer service is rare now.

I love this app, very trustworthy and all you need is this one app

This place is a fraud!! You cancel the 19.99 membership and still get charged for it. Camm customer service and they lie and say no refunds are ever granted! I have been trying for 2 months now to get my 40.00 back for the 2 months they charged me after I cancelled!! This place is the worst.
