So far all very good. Simple set up and good app. Excellent better than virgin never even gave a closing statement

I transferred an ISA into my present Moneybox ISA and it couldn’t have been simpler and only took about 3days as my previous ISA held with a bank had matured.

Had an ISA with Moneybox for a good few years now. Always been happy with the return and the information provided on the app. Every interaction with the customer service has been pleasent and helpful.

All fine.. UNTIL..
decided to close my Simple saver and withdraw all monies.. but withdrawal rules state ONLY ONE WITHDRAWAL PER MONTH..
im not just withdrawing. IM CLOSING..
had to make a complaint..

Like trying to wade through sticky tar, and don’t even expect to get your money back as quickly as they are happy to receive it. Very inflexible and frustrating unless you want to forget about the money you save with Moneybox for the long term.

Never heard of this company as such but saw it on money saving expert. The whole process was so simple … two day it took to transfer my old isa in. Nice and easy app. Makes transferring your ISA to get a better rate a no brainer

Like a previous reviewer I am disgusted by Moneybox’s behaviour when you try to access your funds.This is their explanation as to why my 32 day access account funds will actually take 39 days:
The key point is that the 32 day notice period is the waiting period before the withdrawal is sent, and the payout date is the next available working day after that notice period ends.

So the 7 day difference you're seeing is not an extra waiting period. It's simply the gap between the end of the 32 day notice window and the next working day when the payment is sent to your linked bank account (it's typically paid out by the end of that working day).

Any one out there understand how this is allowed? They are claiming that it is a gap ( a whole 7 days) until the next working day. Dishonest at best.

Recently opened a cash ISA. The transfer from my previous provider completed 4 days later. I had contacted customer services via messaging and was helped to initiate the transfer. The agent also checked it had gone OK and confirmed to me when it had completed. I can now relax

All went smoothly and transfer in only took 3 days only problem was trying to claim £10 voucher 😞

Opened a Cash ISA with Moneybox. Transferred in from two other ISAs. Had a couple of minor issues but support from Moneybox was second to none and the issues were resolved swiftly. Great communication from their support made the process stress free.
