Sent off my iPhone 5, they advertised a great recycle price but offered a lower value stating there was damage to the screen. I didn't agree with their revaluation therefore requested the device get sent back to me. Over 10 days have passed and my device hasn't been returned back to me, and their customer service is slow and hasn't made me feel very assured that the company is handling my request seriously. I feel like my phone has been left on the side abandoned in their office until someone can be bothered to go down to the Post Office to send it back to me.. meanwhile my handset reduces in value each day. My tip.. don't go for the website that offers the most money, instead go for one you can trust, a well known name like Mazuma Mobile or envirofone.

Two weeks process. First week they sent an email saying they have received my phone. Then a week later they said "We are delighted to let you know that you’ll receive your Cheque within the next couple of days...". Still waiting for my money.

Amazing company. Phones were there quick and processed very quickly. Received text and email notifications at every stage along the way. Got the quote I wanted and was sent a lovely cheque immediately, could not have been better.

Sent my mobile off and they sent a cheque for the full amount which took nearly . The service was very good if a little slow after they received my mobile compared to Mazuma Mobile.

I would recommend them to anyone , just be patient.
