Roaming data not working

I have been in Europe for almost 2 weeks now and have been told my roaming data would work. It has not worked the entire time I was here. Tired to get in contact but for no help. I am now on my last day in Europe and it has decided to work now…… this has made so unbelievably infuriated as it has decided to work on the last day of my trip in Europe. Your guys we sit is overpriced you have no good customer service and your roaming data doesn’t work!!!! Then randomly starts working!!!! On my last day of all times!!!!!!!!!

LEBARA MONEY TRANSFER ARE FRAUDULENT(WORLD REMIT) STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!!

Honestly,If there is a rating as bad as worse, then this company surely qualify for it.I wrote a review late last year October about Azimo and if I am honest, this company- Lebara Money Transfer is even worse off than Azimo to be honest. Azimo corrected their wrongs but this company's licence should be withdrawn because if it is withdrawn, it will make them sit up and stop messing up with people's money. The staffs are so unprofessional, grossly inefficient and lack appropriate standards to say the least. I hope the FCA and the regulators take up their case.I am pretty sure the CEO and the co-founders and workers know what is really happening as judging from my experience,I wish I had read up their reviews before using them. They are fraudulent, lack credibility and no sense of trust at all. And my candid advise to those intending to patronise or those who got lucky using them so far is to keep off, I mean back off and do your transactions elsewhere and look for other CREDIBLE company!!!! To those who have ears and would listen,LEBARA MONEY TRANSFER(WORLD REMIT) is a fraud company, they are scammers with no credibility. The customer service is appalling and very unprofessional, the complaints procedure is non existent and I have lost total confidence in this company and their partners in crime partner company-'The Currency Cloud Limited'!! I never even knew that they represent both them and Azimo? I cannot guarantee their services and so they can never have any recommendation from me and my family. We have been battling with them in the last ten months for them to transfer funds returned from Germany through a closed blocked account as the beneficiary's admission fell through, and it has been from one excuse to the other! for almost five months now, they have kept quiet after collecting all our details including statements pretending they were about to repay us! Which means this is a pattern and this is how they have been swindling customers of their hard-earned money! My question is, it looks like no one is regulating this companies because if there is, and a customer has brought in a complain, the onus is on them to see to the root of the matter, but rather, they collect all evidence and have decided to be silent, because they thought they are in charge and no one can do anything. But they are wrong..We have given them more than enough time to sort out the funds and since they are refusing, then we know where to go. Because they are a sham, bogus and fake company without no reputation all of our correspondence does not seem to move them over the funds that that does not belong to them.Neither do they deem it fit to even reply or tell us the correct position of things.I am sure someone inside is trying to be smart thinking since they have been doing these for years, then they feel they can get away with this but i tell them, they have something else coming. In about two months, it will be a whole 12months our funds have been with them without them releasing it and there is no information as regards when or where to refund us back despite having all of our details. I guess we have to take up legal action against them as they have kept our money for too long and we are entitled to compensation..... I hope the general public read this and keep off this company and have nothing to do with them again, to be forewarned is to be forearmed.. A word is enough to those who are wise.. If you have money to send or transfer, its better to use other reputable organisation and not one without integrity and do not care about customers... If we have been fortunate to see reviews like this before the transfer, there is no way, we would have used them!! With awareness such as this in the social media platform, it would save thousands of people, if not millions, to seek other alternatives and make others aware of their fraudulent reputation. My wife and I demand an apology letter for the stress, and difficulty they have made us go through in the last ten months and request for the immediate transfer of our funds without any more delays. Thank you.
