The portal is very user friendly
The portal is very user friendly. We used to have a regular customer service rep to call if we have questions. We haven't had a need to contact Monex, but it is nice to know if there is an assigned customer service rep for our account.

I like the service
I like the service, it is great, the reps are very helpfull. I would work on the operations side to have the accounts reconciled faster, they sometimes take a long time to credit the funds.
