Was sold this business to accept payments online for my new company. As soon as I became a customer, they no longer were able to help me and I am unable to set up payments to my website. Waste of time and no help once they have you.

We called to have our machine looked at as the paper wouldn't print properly and the machine would die immediately after removing it from the charger. They said they would have a tech out tomorrow but within an hour of the call they were here replacing the machine. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for taking care of small businesses!

The customer service agent I spoke with was beyond helpful
The customer service agent I spoke with was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable... she literally made sure I understood my machine and even answered questions I didn't have at the time, but would most likely come up. Extremely happy with her service..... she needs a raise. :)

Moneris is a reliable and secure payment processing solution, particularly for businesses operating in Canada. With strong integration capabilities and security features, it is a solid choice for medium to large businesses. However, as a smaller company we find the pricing structure and contract terms less favorable, especially with the tiered credit card fees, which may not be the most competitive.
