I wish there were more videos on social media to help troubleshoot. I wish there was a chat online where a person could help with small issues and not a AI. I think the Moneris debit machine should be easier to use like the screen prompts can be misleading).

Moneris may not be the least expensive POS service provider, but when you have an issue they are always there for you. As a business this is ESSENTIAL.

Unacceptable – Contract Cancelled Overnight Without Explanation
Yesterday we had a valid merchant contract with Moneris. Today, without any prior notice, we received a termination letter citing “multiple risk factors” but giving no clear details.
We are a legitimate furniture business, and this sudden, overnight cancellation has caused serious disruption to our operations. We were not given any chance to clarify or defend our business before they shut us down.
This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shocking. We trusted Moneris to be a reliable payment partner, but instead, they acted recklessly, putting our business at risk.
We do NOT recommend Moneris to any large business looking for stable and fair service. Stay away if you want to avoid sudden surprises.

Completely useless. I need to be able to store customer credit card information because they book appointments in advance but Moneris doesn't do this so I had to go back to the payment system my website provides, which I'm not happy with either but at least it takes payments,.

Customer service representatives have always been great to deal with; they respond quickly and professionally and are always very friendly and helpful. The service is reliable and their administrative portals are easy to use. I am very pleased we moved to Moneris and highly recommend them!

Our Moneris rep, Marie is amazing and always responds promptly. She always does what it takes to solve our issues and help us when we need it.

I love moneris. They answer the phone and if you have any technical issues they are solved in a very timely manner. Over the years I have fallen prey to the lower priced competitors and I have seriously regretted it each time.
Even if I was to save money elsewhere, there is no way I would switch from Moneris to a competitor.
You get what you pay for and Moneris is without a doubt the best for reliability of service and troubleshooting.
