My best customer experience ever.

Honestly blown away by the best customer service i have ever received from a company. What an amazing experience. Truly will be shopping here for the rest of my life. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, so annoyed. Ordered a product in February, lost in transit and MONDO couldnt care less. It was a timed pre order so no option to order again. Angry is an understatement. Feel like canceling my other orders i have placed with MONDO

They don’t care about you as a customer.

Not worth a 1 star at all but they can have it. If you’re buying internationally and don’t live in the US, don’t bother. They will lose the parcels repeatedly and are ready to keep shipping it over and over even if the same method is not working. They’re very polite but are not willing to think outside the box to problem-solve. They had me riding this issue since May 2024…resolved in April 2025 after I decided I couldn’t deal with them anymore after nearly a year of terrible service. Incompetent.

Not sure if they even sent out a “replacement” those 3 occasions or just sent a fake tracking number. They offered to send a 4th replacement haha! And guess what? When I checked before agreeing, the item was Sold Out on the website! Shocking customer service. AVOID!!!

Fastest international order so far

Bought the Silent hill 2 OST on January 31st , just got it delivered (Feb 6th) . took 7 days from the Us to Germany which is like the fastest Shipping Experience i had so far in terms of Intl orders. was my first order at mondoshop but definately wont be my last!!

I ordered at the begin of June and…

I ordered at the begin of June and still didn't receive my order. When I asked the customer Service they only say, that they have to much order, but it can`t be that my order is after 1 month still not send. It seems that Mondo takes the money from international buyer but the sending to foreign Country has no priority. It seems that they don`t work after the date of Order but by America First.

Promo order

I ordered a Christmas gift with promotional delivery. Instead of the expected 7-10 business day delivery, it took more than a month. After informing customer support, they decided to take no action, and after one more week of waiting, they unilaterally canceled my order

Better customer service these days

Mondo has greatly improved their service and I appreciate the update and better quality. Keep at it and keep getting better. There have been a lot of customer service improvements in the last year or so. Thanks!

Why pay the scalpers - order from Mondo direct!

I was a little bit wary of ordering LPs etc from the US to the UK as postage & taxes can be extortionate on some websites, but I was sick of seeing the greedy re-sale prices on ebay so decided to give Mondo a shot. Postage and taxes on a $45 in-stock order was $21.95 which was reasonable enough, and arrived with me in NI in just 9 days from order! Probably quicker if you lived in Mainland UK as it goes through Heathrow (and then delivered by Evri). The LP was sent in very sturdy cardboard packaging and was in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Why pay scalper's prices - sign up to Mondo's stock alerts and just order direct!
