My brand new north face jacket was “lost” in Marseille. Called and emailed with no response. I will never trust them with my valuables again.

Horrible experience. always delayed, always mismanaged. and the communication is ZERO.

I selected a pickup point easily accessible to me on foot within a few minutes, it was delivered to a pickup point that forces me to drive 40km and waste an hour of my time in traffic, while there's a dozen much closer pickup points available ! That's of course if you have a car available, by bus or train this would take several more hours. You don't even get the possibility to chose a different point ! And they even have the audacity to ask you to pickup your parcel on foot, bike or scooter ! Also don't bother contacting them about an issue like this, they'll ignore you. Needless to say I will not pickup this parcel as the costs and time outweight the value of the parcel. NEVER AGAIN !

I always want a package into a locker. They always put my package in some random store with ridiculous opening hours.

What an inconvenience. This is the second time my package has been delivered to the wrong pick-up point, and now I have to go out of my way to collect it.

First, I was informed via email that the package would be redirected to the correct location, and now I am being told that this will not happen.

In a situation like this, I would expect a better solution. Considering that the mistake was made by your delivery service or the pick-up partner.

All parcel points in my town have left and they do nothing about it.

Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
