Swimsuits are stunning and high quality! They are very flattering. I tend to be hard to fit with a very large chest, but otherwise petite and the swim suits worked perfectly! Customer service was also amazing. They responded within minutes to my email and were super helpful, kind and accommodating!

My first ordering so I was unsure of the sizing. Instead of doing an exchange, I mistakenly ordered 2 sizes. When it was time to return, it was past due. I am so grateful the team was able to accomodate my mistake for this one time as I love the suit and am glad I was able to get the right fit. I appreciate this so much!

Absolutely love Monday Swimwear. I’ve just ordered my 4th set(availed of the 20% off) and although they are pricey they honestly do make all the difference. I feel 💯 when wearing them compared to any other brand. I feel they wash quite well as long as you are careful and my first set is now 3 years old and still perfect. The fit is second to none, the lift they give the girls is great and just overall make wearing bikinis alot more comfortable. The only negative I can think of is there is too many gorgeous colour ways to choose from.

Monday swimwear is hands-down the best online retailer that I have ever done business with!

They are so professional and so prompt. It’s so unusual to actually converse with actual human beings when you have questions - no chat conversation, no AI - real human beings who genuinely want to help you.

Really loved my Aruba one piece but after 6 months (use was about 2x p/month) it noticeably started falling apart which is so disappointing for a $200 suit. Also I have DDs and the size guide for the bikinis are just not correct. I ordered and returned 6 tops before I got one that kinda sorta fit. It was so stressful before my vacation. Sigh

I saw Monday Swimwear advertised on Instagram and thought I’d give them ago for my upcoming holiday. I purchased 2 bikini, 2 swimsuits and 2 cover ups. I felt amazing on my holiday in my lovely swimwear and have gone on to purchase another 2 bikinis for a weekend in Greece at the end of August. I have recommended Monday Swimwear to all my friends after the amount of friends commented on my swimwear.

I had a really positive experience with Monday Swimwear’s customer service. I accidentally returned one of the bikini sets I intended to keep after placing a large order to try different styles and sizes. I reached out, and the team was incredibly responsive, coordinated with the store to help locate the item, and kept me updated throughout the process. I was able to pick it up, and everything was resolved smoothly. Mistakes happen, so I really appreciated how kind, communicative, and helpful everyone was. Great customer service from start to finish!

I purchased a bikini and the matching cover-up (pareo). I wore them once, hand-washed them carefully, and let them air dry indoors.

The next day, the cover-up had faded to a completely different color than the bikini.

I contacted customer service. Having run my own e-commerce business, I understand that defective products can occasionally happen. However, instead of offering a solution, they told me it was normal for the colors not to match because the items are made from different fabrics.

I even sent them before-and-after photos showing that, before wearing and washing the set, the bikini and cover-up were a perfect color match. Despite this clear evidence, they simply repeated the same explanation.

I cannot recommend this brand. The price is extremely high for such poor quality, and the customer service was equally disappointing.

Love the swimwear and have purchased many times.

Sadly UK shipping seems to have changed due to DHL changing.

Pls be aware returns are by DHL Express outlets but return can be booked for collection from your home however this is not easy navigation and it took a while for me to figure it out eventually. Customer Services did help.

Many outlets for Express in UK are scarce at the moment due to WH Smith being taken over (they generally no longer accept DHL) leaving a scattering of express locations all of which if you are unlucky like me mean a 20/30 minute drive each way.

Spent a lot of time figuring out how to return on the DHL website, in the end - 'set import country to UK' (top right hand corner) and go down to navigation at bottom of same page to 'contact us'. On that page is a selection for 'arrange a collection' where the Waybill details can be entered.

Shame because it's a DHL issue not a Monday issue.

I had some issues with the shipping timeline and a misunderstanding of the return policy but the customer service team was understanding and worked with me! I so appreciate their help

I would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order for over $2,000 worth of swimwear (more than 20 pieces) because I was preparing for a vacation and needed multiple sizes to try on. I also paid an additional $50 for expedited delivery so everything would arrive before I left.

Instead, my package arrived containing exactly one bikini bottom.

To make matters worse, I specifically declined the optional shipping protection during checkout, but it was somehow added back into my order anyway, costing me an additional $70. I contacted customer service immediately and asked for a refund for the unwanted shipping protection, but they refused.

Communicating with Monday Swimwear was incredibly frustrating because they only offer support through email. There is no phone number to call, so every response takes days. It took them an entire week just to investigate what happened.

Their initial response was to ask me to confirm an address so they could resend the missing items. By that point, I had already returned home from my vacation. I explained that I no longer wanted the order, that I would return the single bikini bottom they sent, and that I wanted a full refund.

Only after I requested a refund did they suddenly change their position. Instead of honoring the refund, they told me that because of the size of my order they could not refund me and that I needed to file a shipping claim.

This makes absolutely no sense. I even sent them a photo of the package showing it was a small mailer weighing less than one pound, which is physically incapable of containing more than 20 swimwear items. The shipping label itself clearly shows the package weight.

As the retailer, they accepted my payment, failed to deliver my order, and then tried to shift the burden onto me instead of making the situation right. I paid for expedited shipping, missed having the swimsuits for my vacation, wasted countless hours dealing with email support, and still had to fight just to get my money back.

This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. For a company selling premium-priced swimwear, I expected them to stand behind their orders and take care of their customers when something went wrong. Instead, I was left without my order, out thousands of dollars during the dispute, and treated as though this was somehow my responsibility.

I will never order from Monday Swimwear again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I missed the return window because I was traveling, and had bought multiple sizes and styles to try on as a gift to myself for my birthday. They were so helpful and quick with their responses, and offered me a one time exception to extend the return window so I could return all the unworn items. I’m so grateful! It was a wholly positive experience.

Had a little a mix up with my order Monday swimwear customer service got right to it and made everything as smooth as possible in reshipping ,sending returning labels in the end it all worked out have bought from them numerous times quality is 100/10 can’t be more happier with all there clothing and swimwear ♥️

I was absolutely appalled at the quality of the bikini for the price. I could’ve gotten the same quality from amazing for 30 bucks. What they charge for this is absolutely insane. And don’t expect to get your money back anytime soon, the return process is an absolute nightmare. I will never be buying from this brand again, and their marketing is over the top annoying on all platforms.

I had an excellent experience with Monday Swimwear. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly to all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the shipping process, and made sure everything went smoothly.

My order arrived safely, and the quality of the swimwear exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, and Monday Swimwear definitely does.

I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a Monday Swimwear bikini for the first time about a week ago to bring on my honeymoon and it was so incredible, I overnighted 4 more! They are all 15/10! Just enough coverage in the bottoms and tops. My favorite combo is the Bronte bottoms and Morocco top! But the Byron bottoms are also incredible. They’re a bit cheeky and sexy (love that they also offer a range of cuts/styles!) but don’t leave you spilling out or feeling too exposed, which is my main issue with other swimwear brands lately. The material is also head and shoulders above other popular swimwear brands. Every Monday swimsuit feels thick, well-lined, and worth the investment! Like it won’t fall apart or get dingy after a couple of wears. Sure, they are on the pricey side, but if a product is noticeably higher quality than the competition and it LASTS, I think it’s worth a few extra bucks. It also looks incredible on: flattering, vibrant colors, quality stitching- it LOOKS expensive and flattering. I feel so confident that I immediately returned every other swimsuit I purchased this month from other brands and bought 4 more Monday swimwear bikinis! Last, the customer service and shipment promises DELIVER- literally. I was on a major time crunch and overnighted 2 orders. While many brands offer expedited shipping, I find few offer overnight and regardless they take 2-3 days to “process” the order, so you usually don’t receive it within the expedited shipping time. Not Monday swimwear! Processed and shipped within a few hours and delivered the next day! The peace of mind that brings after you pay for expedited shipping is a huge plus for me. Overall, huge fan of Monday Swimwear and will be singing their praises!

Worthless. I paid for expedited shipping 9 days before I left for a trip to ensure my order would arrive on time. They took way too long to ship the order so I ended up not having the items before I left. They specifically state on their website, "Any US expedited order placed after 12:30 PM will be fulfilled on the next business day." This was definitely not the case for me, and left ne extremely disappointed. To prevent this from happening in the future, I would suggest clarifying the processing speed of expedited orders. Don't trust this company, as they clearly don't care about keeping their promises.

I love Monday Swimwear! Not only are their swimsuits 10/10 quality but their customer service is too! I reached out about an order I needed to return and the team got back to me right away, and were extremely helpful and understanding. 🫶🏽💗
