Do not buy from this brand!

bought a mini fridge from them. firstly, the fridge never regulated very well - back kept freezing up even after following advice on how to ensure this didn't happen. then eventually if breakdown after a few months. tried to get in touch with customer service (via their own webform) - but there isn't any customer service! - no one responded after several attempts, so couldn't do anything about the issues

We purchased a moncook twin air fryer a…

We purchased a moncook twin air fryer a few months ago and are totally amazed by it.
It is easy to use and the results are fantastic. Coupled with changing our shopping habits and the recent acquisition of this amazing device, we are delighted.
Cleaning the draws after use is so easy.
So far the whole experience has been life changing and one we wish we did earlier.

Deeply disappointed in product and seller response

Bought an air fryer online which would appear to be faulty as it gives off a metallic, plastic smell which taints the food. Contacted Moncook via their website, as per directions on delivery note, and informed them I wish to return the item. Got no response so messaged them on the email address on the order acknowledgement No reply. Tried telephoning parent co. MRIAH in Hoddesdon, number not recognised. Have now tried 5 times to find out how to return and be refunded for this item, Moncook simply do not respond. Have had to start charge back procedure with my credit card provider. Avoid this company, their after sales care is non existent.

Impossible to claim on warranty as no way to contact Moncook, and emails go unanswered.

Purchased a 12v portable fridge in August from amazon and registered the 12 month warranty on Moncook website no issues.

However about a month after purchase, the fridge no longer cools to anything below 10 degrees - this is where the problems started as although you can register a product for the warranty, there is seemingly no way to claim on a warranty, no phone number or address for the company and the email address provided in the instruction manual doesn’t work. The contact form on their website also doesn’t get responded to. The product itself was good the first time i turned it on but it hasn’t worked properly since that day so I would avoid this company altogether unless you want to take the chance.

I am now going to have to go through the hassle of finding out where I stand legally with this. I can accept that sometimes stuff breaks/doesnt work as planned, but I cannot accept a company that does not respond to any contact via email and provides no other way to contact them.
