I have placed many orders with french webshop. Delivery to Belgium is a bit slow, usually about a week or so. No problems so far. And cheap for the products I order.

I ordered a homeopathic product for my elderly cat, who is very ill and may only have a few days left. I chose this website specifically because it stated a delivery time of 1–3 business days.

It has now been 7 days and the package has still not arrived. I contacted customer support twice and never received any response. The tracking information simply says that the parcel is “in transit,” but it is still in France, with no estimated delivery date provided.

In the meantime, another week has passed and, since today is Friday, further delays are expected due to the weekend. At this point, I am not even sure if or when the package will arrive.

Paying over €10 for shipping with this level of service, no support, and no clear delivery timeline is completely unacceptable. I will definitely never purchase from this website again.

I always order my vitamins from here every few months.

My Medicine is never arrived and they don’t give me the money back ..I’m waiting since two months.

I've bought medication from Mon coin santer on the 7th of November they sent me expired cream MadecaSole
I haven't noticed in the first place. Then when I've tried to use it I've found it expired! It could happen because mistakes happened. The terrible thing when I sent them pictures of the medicine the denied from them!! The say is from others pharmacy. Many emails trying to make them understand this cream is expired from you and I'm customer from many years!! They send back we know you are customer. but the cream is not from us!! I've provided the order history. Then they've said the bar cod is not the same and I want it to make them a where this is scams.
And I want a never buy anything from them! They not 🚫 trustworthy!. Very nasty.

I have an excellent experience with this pharmacy! I'm a long term customer and I've had a long experience with them. Never once have I been dissatisfied with their service. The service is extremely reliable! They package the items perfectly and make sure you get the best experience. Definitely recommended!

I ordered a cream. I wasn't sure about this website and 1st-time user. Nevertheless, because I was desperately in need finally I purchased it. Also, I made a call from the UK to France to clarify. Explaining the staff was very hard due to the language barrier. I tried my best to explain and you know what the Lady I spoke to was friendly and all ended well somehow I guess. To my surprise, it took less than 3 days for the product to deliver to me via DHL. It's really worth money and I'm very happy with the service.

The first parcel went to the billing address, not the delivery address, but the second parcel I ordered did arrive from France to UK promptly. However, Trustpilot is not reliable because they have deleted bad reviews in the past.

Most Horrible and irresponsible company ever!
Purchased online medicines but still after more than 25 days we are yet to receive them . After repeated emails by us the company did not respond to us and not solved our problem till date . Even the shipper tried to contact them multiple times for a clarification letter but they did not respond to it also. Please do NOT EVER BUY from this company as they are FRAUDSTERS.

I placed an order September 1st, and they charged my account right away, but we are September 5, and not only I did NOT received my order, but they do NOT respond to emails: ZERO customer service.
