Negative experience
I placed and paid for an order to have flowers delivered to my friend on a specific date. Despite the payment being successfully withdrawn from my account, the service was not provided. No order confirmation was ever sent by email, the flowers were never delivered on the agreed date, and my subsequent emails requesting clarification and a refund have received no response.
This situation demonstrates a serious failure in customer service and constitutes non‑fulfillment of a paid service. Charging a customer without delivering the purchased goods, and then ignoring refund requests, is unacceptable.
