Disappointing

When I ordered the item it stated 3-5 days delivery. It was being bought as a gift, and after 5 days was still showing as awaiting shipping. After getting no response on the website chat function I emailed the company who said they would refund the product, no explanation as to why it hadn't been dispatched. Refund was received in full, but really disappointed with the fact the goods I ordered never turned up and left me having to buy a different gift at last minute.

A wonderful surprise

A wonderful surprise how nice the earrings I bought from here are, they are in a gorgeous dark blue with some sparkle... I love them and they go with loads of outfits. Even better the parcel that arrived was fab very special.
