It was easy to order, I had a few update for the transport, I received my shoes order and I like them very much and it is canadien.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The deliver takes a while as its shipped internationally but once arrived the product was exactly as expected. Great service, great product!

⚠️ Consumer warning. This was a very poor experience from start to finish.
Delivery took over 3 weeks and I was not informed at checkout that items were “made to order” or shipped internationally from China. This information was not clearly disclosed on the website.

When the shoes arrived, the sizing was incorrect/inconsistent with standard UK sizing and the quality was far below expectations. The product also did not match the website images — the item looked like a low-quality reproduction rather than what was advertised.

I also ordered a bag at the same time, which still has not been delivered. I was later told it was shipped separately without any proper tracking confirmation.

Only a partial refund was offered and I was then told I must pay international return shipping at my own expense to receive the remaining refund. Communication was eventually blocked during the dispute.

The 5-star rating on this store does not reflect my experience. Based on what I received, transparency, product quality, delivery handling, and customer service standards are extremely poor. Proceed with caution.

They were very attentive to my request, and very generous and understanding on your part.
