Simple, straightforward, hassle free help for a last minute charter request

I worked with Ido who made me feel like I was his own customer. He explained the process of flying by charter, worked to find the right size jet to accommodate my needs, remained in touch throughout the entire process to make sure that we had received the information and was available to answer any questions. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and the customer service was second to none.

One of the easiest websites to find initial pricing and the pricing stayed consistent when talking with the broker. Justin was quick to respond and provided good answers to all of our questions as a first time private flier. Was pleasantly surprised to get a plane upgrade. Pla. To use them again for our next private flight.

Josh at Monarch Air Group was so great to work with! He was very quick to respond and provided me with several options to suit my client's needs. He helped me coordinate ground transportation and even notified me when my client had taken off and landed, so I could be sure I was on top of his transfers. I highly recommend this group/service!

Great, efficient experience for a quick flight from Providenciales to Miami. Oleg was super helpful in finding us the right jet and communicating with us along the way, and the pilots/flight was on time and jet was comfortable. We will use their service again.

Great plane and great pilots.

I booked 6 months in advance. On the day of departure I was told 2 hours before my flight it was delayed because of weather in Albany NY. I live in the deep south and was traveling to CO. No weather issue between home and CO. On the way back I was informed of a mechanical and thry offered to delay my return home by 36 hours. I booked the rescue option for additional cost and even it was 1.5 hours late. It was a worse experience than an American Airlines flight would have been at at least 10x the price. I feel like their operators are sub par based on my experience.

My wife and I were in need of a last minute jet service to watch our son in his NHL debut. We had 8 hours to secure a jet and travel from NC to Montreal. I reached out to Monarch Air Group. Within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from Anthony D'Amato. Within 1.5 hours he had a jet , crew and flight plans confirmed.
Throughout the entire process, Anthony was in constant communication. The pilots were amazing and ensured we landed in Montreal on-time.

A long standing tradition in the NHL is the "Rookie Lap". The player making his debut - our son, takes the first lap around the ice prior to the teams taking the ice. With all the great communication and planning by Anthony and Monarch Air Group, my wife and I were able to experience our son's "Rookie Lap" - a memory we will cherish for life.

paid $45k for a jet that wasn't ready when we arrived, waited 35 min, had to leave because the jet would no longer have landed at the time we needed for it to land - this problem is obviously completed out of my hands and they kept my money, didn't offer a refund, and made us sue them to start the process of getting the money back - this is a review from a guy who has traveled with these guys over 4 times at this point, and I've been booking jets with them monthly

they don't care about you at all, and they are highly unethical and don't respect your time or money - shame on this company
