Momorii is all about customer service

The experience I had with Momorii far exceeded my expectations. They are dealing with delays in the supply chain as we all are, but while I awaited receipt of my order, their customer service team responded timely and professionally to each of my inquiries. They treated me like a real person. Additionally, the baby outfit I ordered also exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this company and will be a repeat customer. Thank you, Momorii, for putting the customer first!! Wow!

Great products and service

Great and fast service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color and customer service was quick to reply and change the color without me having to cancel and reorder. The product (stroller bag) is amazing! The quality is great and it is perfect for winter and to top it off it’s the cutest bag I’ve ever seen!

Cute shoes and great customer service

The shoes we received were super cute and my daughter said they were so comfy she could wear them without socks. Unfortunately, the 28s were too small. When I contacted the company about how to make a return they offered offered send out the next size up asap. Awesome customer service.

Wrong size ordered

I ordered the wrong size dress but only found out when I had. An order delivery confirmation. Contacted Momorii and an immediate reply came back offering 30% discount should I wish to reorder. I did so asked how I went about it and received a second email saying as it was my first order with them they would send the correct size at no cost and asked if I would pay it forward with the size 2 dress. You bet I will and have just placed the second of many more orders with this delightful company. Thank you so much. Amazing customer support

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. I wasn’t able to locate the parcel with the initial tracking number the provided, but they sorted the problem out. Very responsive. Nice product too. Children’s sizes run small.
