Worthless site where prices listed are not the same when opening the website. Moreover, the prices go up during the booking process.
The above has been experienced numerous times on different dates, travel destinations and price-ranges.

Booking a return ticket Momondo…
Booking a return ticket Momondo directed me at kiwi.com and instructed that the booking had to be done in two steps. After step one the return flight was no longer possible and it was not possible to cancel the outgoing flight.
It was not possible to contact Momondo on the phone. Kiwi.com had initially a robot and then a person on the Philippines repeating that the ticket could not be cancelled.
The real problem is that the supplier can use a fake return flight as bait and Momondo shows no interest in policing their partners.

When you see a momondo Mix, what you are actually seeing are two separate one-way flights available for purchase so when combined, they equal the round trip for which you are searching. By combining two one-way bookings, momondo Mix allows you to find cheaper flights, and flight times that would otherwise not be available.
Unfortunately, fares can and do change rapidly, and because a momondo Mix combines two separate bookings, we clearly state the importance of verifying fares and availability for both bookings before completing either purchase, by reviewing the flight details on the individual booking pages of the providers.
If the second flight price was not available after you already booked the first flight, we recommend you search for a return flight as a one-way flight on momondo.

What happened to Momondo?
What happened to Momondo? This used to be my favourite site for searching flights (I fly in average 2 times per month). But lately the site has become very slow in search and the filters do not always work. I.e. setting “direct flights only” and it keeps jumping back to “all”. Also, when setting the “time of day” windows it often ignores this. Very annoying. And then when finally choosing a flight the prices often don’t mach. This site has become useless. I am going to drop it.

If you have encountered additional fees during the booking flow, please let us know by sending us all relevant documentation, such as screenshots of the booking process, the booking confirmation, and the section of your bank statement showing how much was charged, and who made the charge. I have Just booked a ticket via Momondo which I was sent forward to TRAVELGINIO.COM OR .DK WHICH I was charged 500 DKK EXTRA WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION .
The day of departure the ticket without further notice was cancelled and we spent several hours in airport with no ticket but travelginio.com has already taken our money.
It was and still not possible to come in contact with travelginio.com
I Never trust Momondo and some of its partners such AS TRAVELGINIO.com or .dk or .se or....
