Caution: My Experience With Momentum Group LLC

My experience with Momentum Group LLC and Mario J. Roldan Del Cueto has been extremely disappointing.

More than three years later, in my view, significant portions of the work remain incomplete. The house is completely unlivable.

I made repeated efforts to resolve the issues directly and even attempted legal mediation. Those efforts were unsuccessful, and I am now forced to consider legal remedies regarding the project.

I also found public court records showing that Momentum Group LLC and Mario J. Roldan Del Cueto are defendants in an active civil lawsuit in Puerto Rico involving allegations including damages, breach of contract, and nullity of contract.

Those allegations have not been adjudicated as of this writing, and readers should review the public records themselves on poder judicial pr.

Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this contractor to perform extensive due diligence, speak with multiple past clients, and review public records before signing a contract.

In my personal opinion, hiring Momentum Group LLC and working with Mario J. Roldan Del Cueto was the worst hiring decision I have ever made.
