Disappointing Experience with Mom365 Baby Photography

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mom365. First, we received a video that included pictures we never selected. Despite creating a support ticket, we have yet to receive any response. Additionally, we were sent an email to download the photos, but there was no link provided to actually do so. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, especially given the high price. For the cost, the service and experience should be much better. I would not recommend this service.
