Total scam

Total scam. I ordered several items in early November. By early December I started wondering since it hadn't arrived, and tracking was minimally helpful only showing an update from a week earlier in another country. After another week and inquiring with the company, they said it arrived at the post office, just to go there and them tell me they refused it due to inadequate postage! I tried to get resolution with the company but they said the package doesn't go back to them so they can't issue a refund. So I just paid all the money and have nothing to show for it.

Company does not back up their products

This company's return policy states:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I had all of the requirements for a return and they asked me for pictures of my purchase so they could determine what was wrong. The sweatshirt I ordered in a large was very, very large. More like a 2xl. I asked to return it and they said that since they couldn't see anything wrong with it they could offer me a $6 refund on a $31 dollar item. I wrote back that that was unacceptable and they said I could return it but the shipping fee would be $30-$40 dollars and they offered me$9 as a refund. Also it took over a month to receive my purchase which they thought was acceptable.
They do not back up their products. Very poor customer service.
Terrible company.

I ordered about 4 tshirts. Was charged and never received them. I disputed the charge and lost. I was scammed.

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you out of your money, and never honor your purchase. Their Customer Service support is non existent… just don’t waste your time and money dealing with this incompetence.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company. I recruit notification that my package was delivered and I needed to check around my property. Well, I explained to them I had a locked mailbox, so there was no need to be doing this if it had really been delivered. Waited several days to see if it appeared which it never did. Numerous emails back-and-forth before I was finally provided with the USPS tracking number. Once going to the post office discovered that the USPS tracking number they had provided me with didn’t even have my name or address on it. Now it’s going on six weeks and I’m still dealing with them. They are trying to blame the carrier, they are taking no responsibility. Please do not subject yourself to this type of service please avoid mollylady.com totally. I’m believing they are nothing but a scam at this point.

Things went from bad to worse

Things started out badly. I bought $60 worth of shirts (confirmed) and within a day I saw they charged my credit card $75. I wrote to them and they immediately refunded the $15 overcharge to my card., But that should have been my warning that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at this company.
Shipping is a disaster. No tracking provided without begging after 3+ weeks following order. They said not to worry. At a month past order, still no shirts and no info. Finally, they provided a tracking number from a horrible website (not USPS) and told me the order had been delivered to my mailbox by USPS 2 weeks earlier (at a time when they supposedly didn’t have a tracking number yet). At their suggestion, I checked with neighbors and went to the post office. I checked my order to make sure the address was correct. It was. The post office checked and confirmed that there were absolutely no packages delivered to my address on the day they claimed it was delivered. When I told the company that, they responded with a different tracking number. I went back to the post office. They ran that new number and told me a a package was correctly delivered on that date - to a totally different address in a completely separate part of the county. I wrote to MollyLady again.
Then, magically, the shirts were delivered the next day to my mailbox with a return address from a completely different side of the country and completely inconsistent with the two tracking numbers they sent me. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing and are willing to lie about it to keep their customers frustrated, confused, and waiting.
I wishi has seen these previous reviews before ordering from this company. Find your clothing elsewhere! No apologies. Over a month to get an order following lack of info and misinformation.

This company is wrong advertising

This company is wrong advertising, cheap materials, over price, took 3 weeks to receive items (goods). If you just by mistake put your credit card and they didn't give you a time to review order and 1 minutes I wanted to cancel but they don't respond. I want to write this review to help the buyer be aware don't buy from MOLLY LADY COMPANY. TOTALLY WRONG ADVERTISING . FROM CHINA

If I could leave 0 stars

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered 5 items and only received one. When I inquired, they just respond that the parcel was delivered. They will not replace the other 4 items, nor will they issue a refund. This company is a complete rip-off. They basically stole $100.

I'd give -5 to this company

I'd give -5 to this company. It's a totally fraud. You never receive anything. Don't waste your time or money. They only want to steal your money and after a claim, they offer $ 1 to $ 3 for your claim.

Should be negative stars

Should be negative stars. "Tracking number" said I received the shipment Feb 21st though I hadn't. I contacted customer service and they're totally worthless. They supplied incorrect tracking numbers to me. I spent an hour on the phone to USPS, UPS, FedEx trying to locate the package with tracking number Mollylady provided me. Three weeks later, I received a partial order that had a completely different tracking number than they provided to me. I contacted Mollylady, sent pics of items received in this partial order along with picture of tracking number. Mollylady's response was simply yes, they had split the order (they never told me nor sent 2nd tracking number for split order), and re-provided the original, bogus tracking number. Of course, when I check the status for that tracking number, it states the order has been delivered (on Feb 21st). Mollylady told me, once again, to contact "local delivery services" to locate package. AGAIN. My entire experience with their "support service" is too lengthy to write. Bottom line: Mollylady doesn't appear to give a crap in actually providing any help or resolving any issues. I've started a claim to get a refund through PayPal. I will NEVER order from them again and will share my negative experience with as many people as possible.

Ordered shirt and shorts over one month…

Ordered shirt and shorts over one month ago and still have not been received. Original tracking showed items coming from Ireland. Then suddenly emails disappeared and I was unable to track. When I notified customer support they sent more tracking info from CHINA! I have requested refund... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered six items over a month ago

Ordered six items over a month ago. Received two items last week , but one of the shirts was the wrong size,. Have tried contacting company to correct this issue, but I have not received a suitable answer nor my items. Very disappointed in this company. Do not expect to get anything except scammed!

Don’t expect to get what you ordered.

Delivery was over a month. Order was incomplete. It was missing a visor and it sent a sweatshirt instead of a Tshirt. The sweat shirt is not even the size ordered for the Tshirt and the art is completely different. Business offered $9 refund for $30 paid or said I could pay to return to China! Customer service states order is correct even after I sent a picture of my purchase receipt showing what was ordered versus received. Not even close! They also insist the missing visor was in the package. Grrrr!
