Received my gorgeous opal ring and not even two months later the stone fell out. There’s a one year warranty however, there’s a 30% fee to replace the center stone.

Update: Molly Jewelry remade my ring at no cost to me and added additional prongs. Best customer service ever!

Update: we were originally frustrated because it took a few days to get a response, but after working out the issue MollyJewelry US were very understanding and I was able to get the perfect ring that I wanted. Thank you for the customer service and getting my ring back to me in such a quick turnaround!

My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from Molly Jewelry US and it’s beautiful, love the ring. However, it’s too big and my finger turned green immediately. Obviously, super embarrassing situation for a newly engaged couple! We reached out right away and got a response in about a day at first and we were told that we could exchange my ring for essentially the same one but in silver instead of rose gold (gold plated) and also get it resized in the process. After agreeing to this and sending the photos of the current ring, now no one is responding to either of our emails and it’s been many days. I really just want to exchange my ring so I can actually wear it finally!! Help!

While the rings are beautiful they are not very well made, the marquise stones are not set in very well (held in with only 2 claws so are already loose and will fall out very easily).
Also very poor customer service. We contacted them to discuss ring sizes, sent lots of pictures back and fourth with their ring sizer on my hand and knuckle and they recommend a size for me. Bought that size which turned out to be far too small but they refused to exchange without a large fee, despite the size being the one they told us to buy!
It's a shame because I really fell in love with the look of the rings but just they just don't live up to expectations.

Customer Service was super helpful. I needed the band i purchased by a certain date, MollyJewelry was able to fulfil my order in time. Quality of ring was exceptional.

Overall, you get an amazing customersservice, who explains everything you need to know and has a lot of patience. You don‘t get pressured into buying something more expensive or additional. They tell you clearly whats possible, what should be done and what can be done. They reply efficiently and fast but also with a lot of quality. You go through every step one at a time until the product is perfect. One thing that could be done better would be to photograph the crafted product and ask the customer if it‘s good or something has to be changed. Also a message when the product is sent would be awesome. Overall an efficient reliable and professional customers experience.

The customer service was exellent, answered all of my questions, and had honest answers for lead times for the ring. Bonus points that they were able to get the ring shipped much quicker than anticipated so I had it with ample time before my engagement! Also, she said YES! I will be shopping here again and would 10/10 recommend to friends and family in search of ethically/sustainably made jewelry that also happends to be stunning. Thank you!

The ring I ordered was tanzinite heart shape ring. The stone looks different and it is barely recognizable as a heart. Very disappointed in the quality.

Really you are better off buying something you can see in person or at least return within 2 weeks if you don’t get what you expected it to look like. The penalty of a 35% restocking fee is crazy. Just buy local. Live and learn. Wasted over $500.

Incredible company to work with. After a zip code discrepancy caused my first ring to be lost in the mail, MollyJewelryUS offered to remake and resend the ring. They were willing to hear out a desperate customer’s pleas that the dream ring had to arrive prior to a destination engagement - and they made it happen!! MollyJewelryUS seemed to have shaved days off of their turnaround time and the ring arrived right before we were due to leave for the trip. My fiancee absolutely loves it, and everyone we’ve shown it to says it is beautiful!! From October 8th - November 19th, MollyJewelryUS was a professional, responsive, and dedicated seller to work with. When the time comes to upgrade the ring in a few years, I know exactly which company I will be contacting. Thank you so much for everything!!

My husband and I both designed and ordered our custom rings from Molly Jewelry. They both were absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy with how they turned out. The only bummer was that my husband asked for my rings to be in gold because that is the color I wear the most and because it was one of our wedding colors. My rings however came in silver. I wear any colors of jewelry and am not super picky about it normally, but because it was one of our wedding colors I definitely was hopeful. In the end, his ring (which we asked for in silver) and my rings matched so we weren't too upset and were able to play it off as intentional. And the rings are truly beautiful and well made. I definitely would recommend these guys but would suggest double checking or getting your ring fixed if it comes in the wrong color (if you're a big stickler for that kind of thing).

We placed 3 separate orders, and we didn’t have any trouble whit the first two rings, they look amazing and arrived on time; however the third one got lost in the mail.
