Complete scam
Complete scam. I purchased Highend Theme and cancel the support the same day. Inside my account it even shows "Cancel on April 26 2021" and below "Purchase support" yet on the 26th of April 2022 they charge me again for another year. Now I have to call from Italy to I don't know which country to get a refund because they don't do it via email.
You guys are scammers.

We have setup an AdminURL but no longer be able to access now. Please advise what we can do. Used my username to go in but not able to access because it does not recorded that we have such user in your account. Very strange. Hope that this can have your prompt reply to it.
Thanks.

stay away from it
Customer support is null! if you send an email or open a ticket you get an automatic reply that invite you to call by phone. But the number doesn't show the international prefix neither the country where it is located. So it is impossible to call.
When you buy an item in reality you take out a yearly subscription. At the expiration date they renew the subscription (and debit your credit card) without any notice. This is not fair! I canceled the subscription the same day of expiration date, but the debited my credit card anyway. No possibility to get any customer support. This is a fraudulent behavior.
Stay away from them!
Stay away from them!
I purchased a WordPress theme from them that doesn't work at all. I asked for a refund many times but they have completely ignored me. A bunch of complete scammers!
You will lose your money if you buy from them!
Okay I've seen the negative comments…
Okay I've seen the negative comments but was desperate and needed their help. I purchased a service from them, and a day later they informed me they could not help me. I called and the representative, Verdeese, and she was kind, attentive, and promptly issued me a refund. Although they couldn't help me I wanted to let y'all know that I had a very positive and professional experience with this company! I would consider purchasing again from them in the future.
Scammiest most fraudulent company on…
Scammiest most fraudulent company on the whole internet. Even after cancelling rebilling on my account one year ago on the very day i purchased the theme (I have proof), they still rebill me again a year later. Someone needs to contact Visa/Mastercard about these guys. Shady porn sites are more trustworthy than this pack of villains.
Oh, and when you contact them to cancel (from the email you signed up with) they tell you you MUST call the call center to cancel. Hopefully some deranged psycho will find the owners one day and get vigilante justice for all of us that got intentionally screwed over by these thieves. One can only hope.
Struggling to cancel a Recurring Payment
I have been trying to cancel a subscription since last year without success and they are still racking more than £100 from my bank card and the bank is also failing to stop this. Tried to issue me with a new card but still, they are taking my money. The telephone they give to call does not work. I don't know if there is anyone out there with a solution to this I am suffering.
Don't sell themes on this scammer market
I'm the seller on this market and they don't send payment. I requested a withdrawal for 3 months via Paypal. No response from the staff. Really disappointed with this scammer market!
Boy looks like I screwed myself here…
Boy looks like I screwed myself here they already charged my card never seen a company with such bad reviews. I sure hope what has happened to other people on here does not happen to me.

These are the worst scammers in the theme market
I can confirm that these people are…
I can confirm that these people are dirtbags and need to be reported to the ACCC.
They were fine at first, but if you want to cancel your theme their customer support blank you and make it really difficult to exit their garbage.
I am still yet to confirm cancellation, and they keep saying I need to call some number, but refuse to provide the country code so I can actually use the number!
At this rate I am going to have to report them to my bank so they can blank any future transaction attempts.
There are VERY few services that require you to call to cancel. Its a very obvious tactic used to create a switching cost.
Mojo Marketplace are SCAMMERS
If only i'd read this before buying from them. Mind you i did for some odd reason have a kind of bad feeling from the outset. Think i perceived something scammy about them, but still proceeded. Lost my money. Why are Wordpress advocating people to buy from a scam website. This has now lowered my opinion of Wordpress as Mojo Marketplace is a scam operation, plain and simple.
DO NOT BUY FROM MOJO MARKETPLACE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY....!!
Update: Mojo Marketplace again came in and debited a SECOND payment from my account. Fortunately my bank refused the payment, only because i had spotted it in time. What sort of people are these ?
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. No clear instructions on what to do next after asking repeatedly what to do next. I was told to just wait until they emailed me and they never did past the 5 business days promise. I have been calling almost everyday and their customer service is really unprofessional. They have the nerve to tell to just cancel for a refund after they have already cost me $400 (not worth it) service and 2 weeks of business revenue. Don't take the chance and ignore all these reviews, they are here for a reason.
The reviews are right. This is a scam.
I should've read these reviews before ordering. Big mistake. I'm out $200. This place is a complete and total scam. Cannot believe it was recommended through WordPress. I paid $49 for a theme, and $150 for them to "make it look like the demo". A week later and I had to call them, only to be told the theme I had chosen (Zen Blog) was "unavailable". Nobody wanted to message and tell me that? I picked a different theme. Another week passes. They say it takes 3-5 days to do everything. Two weeks later, and what had changed on my site was that they had tried to do the Zen Blog theme (apparently it wasn't THAT unavailable), but the site was a complete mess with wrong and duplicate tabs, looked nothing like the demo, and was total garbage. Impossible to edit or fix. I literally had to call my hosting provider and delete the website and start again, this time building it myself. The lady on the phone claimed she'd forward it to her manager (because it was past the refund period, isn't that convenient). He never called. They had NOT ONCE messaged me about the theme not being available, the work not being done, no updates of any kind, and they just waited it out until their arbitrary refund period was gone so they could collect the money and give nothing for it. Actually, worse than nothing, considering I had to start again from scratch with my site. I know I won't be getting a refund. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of money, deeply frustrating and beyond horrible experience.
Horrible Customer Support
Do not purchase a theme from this company. Absolutely awful service and arrogant when asking for help. They supplied no license key or any instructions about the theme I purchased. They said on their website it would take 1-3 days, it took 5 after messaging them to ask for a refund...no acknowledgement on that, just a message saying it was installed. No correspondence other than a curt reply about questions I asked. Probably the rudest and most unhelpful support I have ever encountered.
Stay Away
I regret not checking Trustpilot before I jumped in and "bought" a theme. Like others here, I pretty much got scammed into charging my card multiple times as it showed an "API error" after every purchase. Please do yourself a favour and stay away. I live abroad and was using my home debit card, if anything happens that get my card blocked I'm pretty much screwed since I can't dispute it for a while. Just horrible.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Service not provided. E-Mails bouncing etc. Stay afar!
MOJO is a scam
The money was debited from my credit card twice, without any particular security process and I didn't get anything after my purchase. I could not reach any staff for customer service as well.
Such a scamming site and can't imagine WP is placing it on the most popular position.
Never use this
Thieves
They are impossible to contact!!They charged me twice, emails I sent ignored. Tried calling and the number doesn't even work! All emails you send to them come back as failed.
It is a total scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot believe I fell for this! I assumed that since it was a tie in with WP, that it was legit. I did have a moment of doubt when they asked $49USD to install it. I thought "I thought you just had to click "install". I should have listened to my instinct. Now I am out $100 USD!!! The support email doesn't exist: it bounced back. Messages have not been responded to at all. They should be reported to the authorities!
