RDR2 is dead. The online sucks donkey b a l l s and there are no flying bikes or unicorns. Rockstar need to get their ♥♥♥♥ together and add these things into RDR2 - it is the only way to save this dying game. There is nothing to do and the game is very badly optimised. By second hand laptop from Facebook Marketplace cannot even run this at max settings. Rockstar are the biggest money hungry frauds of all time and just port over their dead games to pc. I did not buy a laptop for this. R* please add jets to RDR2 I need my B11 and Lazer so that I can blow up people’s horses and destroy their moonshine. I am sick to death of travelling on a R E T A R D E D horse with a gammy leg (RIP Brooklyn). Every time I move I fly off my horse and die. Thank god my horse has insurance. Please add the marksman rifle mark 2 to RDR2 please rockstar. I can’t spam A and D while in first person spraying my marksman rifle in this game. And for that I do not recommend this game. I think I’ll take my time elsewhere and play GTA Online. The people working on GTA actually have vehicles and smart AI and are releasing GTA 6 in a few years.

They ignore and and all requests for assistance. It doesnt matter what platform you use, they do not respond.

Minecraft Support is bar none the worst I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. I recently built a new computer and was trying to install Minecraft Dungeons onto the new machine. When I logged in, the game was not registered under my account. Strange, so I contacted support. In the meantime, I dug up my receipt which had a link to the direct download - worked like a charm - except the game was killing that launcher in five days and we would have to use the new Unified Launcher - the one that says I don't own the game. After waiting two days, I get a response from Support saying "You will need to use the unified launcher to play." COMPLETELY IGNORED my entire initial help request. I respond, they then say "You cant buy it for XBOX and play on PC." Um...WHAT???? I never once said any of that! These people are complete fools and not helpful at all. The issue is that YOUR BACKEND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUCKS. Fix my account, thats what this is all about!

Bought from this company on 12/25/2020 and still have not even been able to download the game! No one will contact you at all but wants you to try to purchase again.

Bought Minecraft starter collection via Microsoft store at £25. This came with 700 minecoins alongside other extras. Upon installing the game everything was installed EXCEPT the 700 minecoins. Several calls with Microsoft and Mojang were needed to get the coins originally paid for. Basically, you do not get what you're paid for unless you go through a lot of hassle. Unacceptable for the UK and if you look this up you will see that forums and blog posts with this issue are abundant so they know this is an issue and continue to take your money with the hope you will not complain. A proper scam.

Mojang. Worst online company ever. No assistance, website doesn’t work, Minecraft profiles can not be transferred from device to device. When you follow their online instructions it still doesn’t work even though they make you go through 1001 verifications & checks. Zero stars.

Mojang do not send ticket confirmation, no ability to check ticket status, no support other than through e-mail, closed tickets without confirmation.

Unable to help me with my problem, I can't even play Minecraft

I actually got a human response in about 4 to 5 days, which I really appreciated. It was a fast and simple solution to not being able to login. I wasn't hacked or anything, but it just got glitched. I'm so thankful to have it fixed now!

One of my accounts got hacked and because I cannot find my transaction number from 2011 when it was in beta (almost 10 years ago) I am penalised and have to purchase the game again at full price! Not to mention another one of my accounts got hacked, fortunately I was able to save it but I question how secure Mojang server/accounts are.

I accidentally purchased the wrong Minecraft package. I immediately realised my error, so wrote to Mojang and the refund was issued within 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent. It's just a shame you can't buy the Win10 Minecraft directly from them!

Extremely bad customer service, took about a month to reply, full of excuses, being unable to follow whatever they state on their website, even with all the information provided (transaction ID, username,etc ). Legit the worse experience with any customer service ever, after some time of back and forth, they sent me a "rate my service" email as if my problem was resolved.... Pitiful at best

3 weeks to get a reply then 1 week after first reply and then (so far) 1,5 weeks after second reply.

They did send me a "rate our support" though, like the issue was resolved...

Mojang support is a shame to the game and to Microsoft.

Quite definitely the worst service from any company I have ever dealt with. I've bought Minecraft for one of my children but had to do this through a voucher. That is because it won't accept any single payment card we have in the house.

I now have to give parental consent but in order to do this, I have to use the card and pay €0.10. But it won't accept the card.

As with many other people of TP, Mojang don't even bother responding. Don't buy Minecraft. If you have a problem, you'll get no help whatsoever. I want my money back as I can't use the game. I'll continue on TP and anywhere else I can and give my clear and unbiased view of how utterly useless you are.

Good game, poor customer service.

Support does not read your emails, they just reply with automated messages asking for the information you've already provided.

Tickets get deleted without response.

Twitter just ignores your message and says they have a long queue of tickets.

No response for 7 months.

Disgusting support service, please help me with my account, this is ridiculous. Let me speak to a manager.

Can you please put hardcore mode in bedrock addition

TERRIBLE, i sent an email to minecraft two months ago, still no replies.

I've needed help since November 2019. I keep getting trash responses or they'll mark my issue as resolved instead of actually helping, so I keep needing to make new support tickets. Absolute trash support with automated responses. If you do manage to get a human, it'll be weeks till they reply and it'll be a tier 1 agent with canned responses. I really want to play the game but won't cave like others that just give up and purchase a new account.
