NASTY STAY AWAY!!
Paid 2300 euro for 2 week stay. This was booked before pandemic hit. When we couldn’t travel due to travel restrictions from uk contacted Moganpuerto.com to either change dates (which I had done with them on previous bookings), or get refund (expecting to loose deposit).
Was told couldn’t change or have any kind of refund! She said go through insurance. They didn’t pay out for this.
I never received or signed a rental contract explaining cancellation policy. This information is also not available on website!
The only way you can pay is via bank transfer so you not covered by credit card etc!
I was a returning customer and was heartbroken & disgusted by our treatment from this company!
Greedy nasty unprofessional company STAY AWAY!
I sent approx 10 emails asking for copy of cancellation policy and they they ignored me! Also suggested a 50% refund as a compromise this was also just ignored.
Terrible company please avoid & look for a more professional company who treat people with decency! Please see mogan tripadvisor forum: “don’t make same mistake I did”for more information.
Please stay away from companies who only let you pay via bank transfer this is not a safe way to pay you have no protection! I learned the very hard way!!
