I pre-ordered 3 Bandai action figures from them at a reasonably low market price, the shipping fee too was decent too. Once the pre-orders were released, I received the orders without any issues. Happy to return to order off them again in future!
I have difficulty in making payment for my purchase order and due to time limit expire. My purchase order has been permanently cancelled by Moehime Japan Toys. This technical error has definitely removed my right to purchase my pre-orders. I have tried to contact them a few times through website, email and phone but nobody responses to me. Please avoid this website 100% due to their extreme lack of response and customer service is 100% unsatisfied.
Not sure why is people giving low ratings to this store. I have already done several orders and pre-orders with them and so far everything has been great. From their superb customer service up to their flexibility in combining and canceling orders, competitive prices and low shipping fees. Everything I have received from them has been shipped ASAP and has arrived very well packaged and in excellent conditions. I definitely recommend this store! Thank you Moehime Japantoys!
I dit not order yet BUT they sent me a newsletter today, to an email address I only used on one website, Nippon Yasan, which was a previous Japanese figure website which was closed a couple years ago after many scam claims and non-sent orders. I cannot confirm if they just bought an email list without my agreement or if it is the same people managing this new website, so please be careful!
I ordered 2 times on Moehime Japantoys, and 2 times it was a Chinese bootleg figure...
