Moego creates a barrier between me and my customers.
Moego txts my customers from their number and has no option do it through my number so they txt moego back instead of me.
Moego emails my customers from their email and has no option do it through my Gmail account so they email moego back instead of me.
Moego asks for reviews from my customers on their site, so my customers feel like they helped me by giving me 5 stars, but its not on Google or yelp so it doesn't help me. People don't find me through moego. And then I can't ask my customers to rate me again. Its rude.
If you try and put a link to your Google reviews on their txt report card, you can't make it a link.
There is to many problems to list in a review. Especially when you look into email marketing.
I have spoken to their help line about every issue I run into, then some one very nicely gets into a chat and says this is how the system is intended to work but they will put in a change order request. In the 3-4 months I have been with them, nothing changes.
Also the person that onboarded us told us what card reader to buy after we explained our needs. It was the wrong one and the solution was we had to buy the other one. They then wouldn't refund us for the other one, they said we had to prove they said it in a verbal conversation.
We are loosing clients because of moego. If they cared, they wouldn't leave some nicely worded comment after this telling me its my fault. They would solve the problems.
