It was impossible to download the manual. After sending an email to inquire about it, I received only two pages of simple pictures with no explanation. What's worse, the part in the middle was 1cm too long, causing the whole structure to compromise. Now the bed creaks with every move, and the corners sink down because the frame is too big to support the slats.
I am absolutely satisfied with my couch order! The entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I was able to place the order without any hassle, and the delivery date was quickly arranged, which was very convenient for me. When the couch was delivered, everything went smoothly. Particularly positive was the fact that the delivery person actively helped me with carrying it, which made the whole process even more pleasant.
