Received a part that did not fit my vehicle. Arranged a return and sent it off (tracked). No replies to emails phone calls nothing and no refund! I now don’t even have the part to sell on to a lucky individual at a cheap price on eBay! Looking into a small claims court process!
They will NOT respond to your communication after you have made a purchase - I am currently midway filing a dispute through HSBC for the lack of correspondence after requesting a refund from this company within my 22-day ability to do so rightfully after receiving delivery of the item.
NO email response, NO WhatsApp message response, NO Facebook Messenger response, NO call or voicemail response on their main number AND their ‘out of hours phone number’.
Fellow reviews on TripAdvisor claim a lack of response from the company after making a purchase including the item not arriving AT ALL.
DO NOT buy from this company and DO NOT trust this company AT ALL.
So I'm in the middle of trying to get a refund off these clowns. I ordered from them and a week later got no notification of item being sent. I messaged them with no response. I then had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. I then got a response from my original message asking do I want the order cancelling they have delays from manufacturer which I know is a lie because I could have ordered direct from them for next day delivery but these were slightly cheaper. So Im a week after asking for a refund with no response again. Dont bother ordering from these people its a scam.
