FOR my very first experience with Modora, it has turned out to be excellent. I knew what I wanted in design and the technical details of the garment l. I put this into my google search and up popped exactly what I was looking for. I subscribed as it was not a brand I was familiar with.
I was alerted to the special mother’s day price drop. Where I purchased my garment and from the press button. It’s been ultimately The top for communications/delivery speed/points and my garment was excellent and exactly What I wanted. Got my eye on two more items. Well done Mordora

Really good customer service and very high quality item.
I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter and I was a bit late in returning them as it was out of their 30 day return policy due to the fact that it was Christmas. Modora accommodated the fact that it was over the Christmas period and allowed the return. The communication with Modora was excellent and they kept me informed every step of the way. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Oh and the jeans are beautiful!! Thank you Modora.

Parcel addressed incorrectly, little help from Modora.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I had to contact Royal Mail myself to confirm this. Eventually Modora provided me with the address it had been delivered to. It was addressed incorrectly by Modora but luckily it was in the same building as me and had been sitting in a hallway for 10 days. It took me several emails and 2 long phonecalls to royal mail to find this out. The jeans looked fine although I did not try them on as I'm returning the items just because I'm a little bit stressed and I will be away for xmas. I will update when the refund comes through.

Please note we replied in a timely manner and provided proof from Royal Mail which was tracked delivery as we only do tracked and signed for. Delivery was made to that address and signed for.
Beyond that we are sorry but Modora is unable to do anything more. Our insurance is unable to cover losses where delivery is made to the correct address and signed for.

The parcel was received in timescales as expected (I paid for next day delivery). The bag I bought was excellent quality for the price and I was very happy with it. The bag was unique and I couldn’t find anything similar anywhere else.

I ordered a top it was OK but the delivery time was ridiculous it took a week and a day to get the item by that time l no longer needed it couldn't be bothered with the stress of sending it back. The company is based in the UK and the postal strike was not on at the time of my order.
