Happy customer :)

Never used this online shop before, but stumbled across it via a Google search as I was looking for some longline hoodies. The 2 that I ordered from here are great; really good quality and so reasonably priced and they were delivered so quickly. Very pleased :)

Ordered almost two months ago

Ordered almost two months ago, still not arrived , had numerous excuses from lack of stock, wrong address , it’s on the way , wait another few days ?
Very difficult to get any replies and nothing when asked about refunds

Very disappointed is an understatement..!

Very disappointed is an understatement I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received anything, that’s if I’m actually going to receive anything..!!

Emailed and asked for delivery details etc and told wait anothe 5-7 days still nothing and now no answer to emails..

Looks like I been scammed..!!

Think before ordering with this lot..!

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!
I emailed them explaining I want to cancel my order & would like a refund before they shipped it out however they completely ignored my emails and shipped the parcel anyway. I sent them another email and they ignored that one. I am extremely disappointed and I am still awaiting for them to respond to my emails.

I wish I had read some of the reviews…

I wish I had read some of the reviews before I made a purchase DO NOT BUY. RIP OFF COMPANY. I bought a dress for my mum on 22nd February 2024. It did not fit so requested a refund. This process took some attempts as they did not respond to my messages. I then contacted PayPal who said they'll contact them and get the process moving. Long story eventually they responded, I returned the dress and til this day I'm awaiting for this refund!!! Apparently PayPal have refunded me! I've asked for proof. These people are not who they say. I will get my refund one day, believe me!!! Remember this Allah is watching everyone. If for some reason you don't return my money back to me in this dunya you will in the next. CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY.

With regards to their response below.... it's a public show. I've contacted them, I've received a phone call also. How many times do I need to contact them?? They are refusing to return my money because apparently PayPal have refunded me, which is not the case. This apology means nothing when you clear lack customer service skills and do not respond to my emails, hence its now escalated with PayPal. This purchase was originally made on February 2024 and today is 2nd May 2024!!!
