This is a solid meal service. I hate cooking, but I needed to be on the low FODMAP diet, and these meals were really helpful. Even though the worst of my symptoms, I could always reach for these meals... See more

I am on the Low FODMAP program. The food is great. I do not like the packaging. The boxes I have been receiving have 4 ice packs in it. That seems excessive especially in the winter months. I also have trouble with the meal trays that have two sections. I cannot pull the plastic back. Cutting it is messy. The trays with a single section are much easier to open.
I really like the taste of the dishes I select, like the convenance of not having to cook, and love that I can eat healthy meals that come to my door. I have had boxes arrive in the heat of summer and the dishes were still cold. Also, the customer service is excellent. I feel like this company is doing a great service for people like me on a restricted diet.
Delivery was not the same day. the food was not bad if you have no problem with spicy meals. The paprika they use is very spicy even if the meal is not labeled spicy. They also use enough black pepper to burn your mouth for a couple of hours
Food is not fastastic especially for how expensive it is.
It is very convenient and I told myself I’d try it for a month! It got me on track to healthier eating and for that I am grateful!
The meals are wonderful. Able to get gluten-free and FODMAP at the same time in one meal. Customer service was able to direct me in changing the meal quantity and when they would arrive. Just need to microwave and eat while I work full-time and support family. This is a great help.
Sealing is horrible. It’s almost impossible to open without using a knife or scissors
I am gluten free due to celiac disease, and I'm finding that the meals available to me are pretty redundant. most of the meals have been good, but a more varied menu with meals different from those from last week would make the experience far more interesting.
Enjoy these but definitely need more selections.
These meals have been transformative! Having recently been diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease and managing a demanding business in the healthcare sector, maintaining a strict gluten-free diet while limited on time for cooking posed significant challenges. These meals effectively address all my concerns. I regret not discovering them sooner.
The food was truly something you could get at a high-end restaurant
I have been pleased with the variety of selections available and overall I have liked them. Visually appealing and tasty. They are light calorie wise so frequently I will follow them with yogurt with berries, walnuts and granola.
The food is average; however, the vegetable sides are not overcooked. Like most other meal services I researched, there is a mandatory minimum number of meals (six) to order, and they are shipped weekly unless you opt to skip a week. I'd prefer to order at will. The selection of Mediterranean meals that I get is weighted toward chicken. I'd prefer the meals to be packed in dry ice rather than freezer packs. There are only so many of those a person can use. The liner of the box is recyclable with other paper. Despite Modify Health's claim, the black food trays are not recyclable. All of the research I've done says black plastic is effectively not recyclable. The film covers on the trays do not peel off easily; I have to cut them with kitchen scissors.
The meals I get from ModifyHealth are always frozen upon delivery. The options are healthy and tasty. I'm so happy I discovered this great company in an effort to manage T2D.
The potatoes that come with the salmon taste like salmon. Otherwise good
Im on a national do not disturb calling list. Never once gave my name and the agent who picked up was aggressive towards me after I asked who this was calling my phone line outside of business hours when its against the law to violate national do not disturb registries. They attempted to TELL me what my name was without me ever vocally uncovering it. This is beyond a fraudulent sales scheme. This company doesn't even show up on the national companies insured inside of America and doesn't show up on the Better Business Bereau. I recorded the conversation, started off by saying this is recorded, and will be making inquiries as to why this company violated my privacy rights as an American citizen, just to be aggressive towards me when I wouldn't give my name. DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION!!! Many red flags which need action to prevent further citizens from having their rights breeched.
