This is a solid meal service. I hate cooking, but I needed to be on the low FODMAP diet, and these meals were really helpful. Even though the worst of my symptoms, I could always reach for these meals... See more

Meals are geared to my health issues and dietary requirements and they taste great!
Food is meh and packaging is a pain to open. Good variety but microwaving the chicken dishes really dries them out. Shipping is reliable and well refrigerated. All in all, good for my prescribed heart healthy diet.
I like the idea of these easy low FODMAP meals but they are very small portions, and very watery. Not a lot of protein, especially the shrimp meals (maybe only 5 shrimp). I am a small woman and the meal sizes are small for me so I don’t see how any man larger than me (I’m 115 lbs) would fill up from one of these meals. If you want to lose weight, these are great.
They do arrive nicely packed, frozen,
and in containers easy to take with you and heat up.
Kind of pricey for the portion sizes.
Food is good, orders are allways late. Was supposed to receive an order two days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet.
Good service with on time delivery of healthy food.
Good communication system with email services.
You deserve 5+ star credentials.
The food is good, it's easy to select your meals and modify the quantity. Packaging is very well done.
Meals are delivered consistently on the same day and time. Portions could be larger.
Most meals are tasty. Only a few I didn’t like. I appreciate the convenience of having ready meals that fit my dietary needs.
Being Mediterranean, I would think the meals would have more vegetables!
I have very much enjoyed the meals I have received. I chose the Mediterranean meals and they have been very tasty. To be honest, when I first saw the individual meals, I thought they would never fill me up, but each one has been just right. The delivery has been spot on each time, and the changes I have made to try different things have the exact thing I ordered each time. I would highly recommend ModifyHealth.
Food is gross, saturated with cayenne pepper, inedible. The food choices are nonexistent. I hate peas, every option is either full of pepper or peas, onions are the outer inedible bits, dark meat chicken is gross. "Hawaiian chicken" has nothing Hawaiian about it at all, just more pea infested dark chicken that tastes like cayenne pepper and regret. The added snacks are hard crackers and peanuts, wonderful for someone with no teeth, just more things I have to pay to throw away each week. These "chef's" should find new careers. rather Starve than eat it.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is a scam company. Nowhere on their site does it say it’s subscription only, so you order with a coupon code thinking you’ll just try it before getting more, then they charge you their exorbitant full price to send food you never asked for. They never notified me of any shipment, even the one I wanted, but I sure got tons of spam emails from them. I called when my card company notified me they charged me again. I left an irritated message because they never answer the phone, got a message that the “subscription” was refunded and cancelled. That was Feb 2nd. On Feb 7th, they put in yet another full price charge without any notification, after supposedly canceling the “subscription”. I left a pissed off message because this was now an unauthorized charge, and began a dispute with my card company. Today, the 13th I get a notification from ups about a delivery from this company, almost like the Amazon scam companies that send you something then demand you return it or be charged. This time I left a message, because they never pick up the phone, letting them know I have the message transcript proving that the “subscription” was canceled, thusly I’d not be paying for anything. This time they called back within minutes trying to lecture a grown man about my tone when leaving messages. Laura was easily the most fake, condescending merchant I’ve ever dealt with. The entire call was for her to lecture me about tone, and to tell me how highly rated on trustpilot they were. If this company tries to get their hooks into you, call your card holder and request a merchant block. Capital One was happy to help me.
GREAT customer service; I am highly impressed
MODIFY HEALTH - FOOD: 10. PACKAGING:3
I have been both a ModiFyHealth user and a Factor user. Food quality for both is very good. Factor wins out on packaging. ModifyHealth's meals are shrink-wrapped, but after microwaving to cook, the wrapping is much more difficult to peel away from the tray than that of Factor.
Extremely professional and highly responsive to my concerns.
Fish is over cooked, dry, and a very small portion- probably less than 3 ounces. Veggies overcooked until mushy except for green beans which need a bit more cooking. Chicken is so dry, it’s like cardboard. Nothing is seasoned properly. I am so disappointed with the food as I had hoped that simple food was what I needed but the meals were sorely lacking. Time to cancel.
