Customer service was fab! I ordered 4 jackets for my partner, 2 designs, 2sizes. They arrived super quick. We just contacted them to request a return which was personal service. After that initial email we found a flaw in the fabric of one of the ones he wanted to keep and he was worried they would sell out if he sent it back, again a quick email and it was all sorted. It did cost us £22 to return three jackets due to the value and weight but better safe than sorry, they are only a small independent company so cant expect them to absorb this. We received the refund before the parcel was even due so Royal Mail and the people at mod father were quick! The email showed refund and exchange inf clearly. The exchange was delivered by DHL and I have to commend then too. The date it was due to be delivered there was no one in so the evening before I changed the address to a completely different town 45 mins away. I didn’t hold much hope but it arrived today at the new address! Whole process was smooth and just over 3 weeks from order, return to replacement which is amazing. I liked the personal touches (return postage was a bit steep but that a postal service issue lol)

Fabulous customer services and lovely clothing. When I put my delivery address in wrong (Google/Auto fill :/) the customer service I received was fantastic, they got back to me so quickly and it was all sorted so smoothly. I also forgot to add an item to my original order and they were wonderfully helpful adding it to the order and even including my first order discount! Delivery was brilliant too, as was communication. Would 100% recommend them and will definitely be back.

Sent me completely the wrong item and I had to pay £5 to return it for a refund. Not happy at all.
