Please be careful. modernvb is very expensive and don't make the hole work. To mention all the needed features only in their Google docs is not enough, you should add it all to the contract.
I told him every day that the work is not done, he showed me only screenshots of the forum upgrade where i couldn't test if everything works (we didn't give him access to our server, he didn't give us access to his server). After I paid the second installment he sent me the files and I saw that a lot was missing. Then he told me that he can't do the missing things (he didn't tell me that before I paid) for free, only if I pay.
So be careful what you agree with him. The work which has been done was good, but not enough for that high price.

I paid this company a lot of money to do custom work for vbulletin software. They kept putting it off and I never received anything that I could use. I asked for a refund and was denied. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.
