DO NOT BUY Modern Share Products

DO NOT BUY Modern Share Products. 4 boxes were shipped and upon receipt I discovered that several pieces were missing, and multiple duplicate items were shipped. Contacted support and nearly 5 weeks later I managed to receive parts shipped piece by piece. Terrible customer service and support. Parts are shipped from China and state side support and China are not aligned nor responsive. Overall terrible experience and do stay clear of this company. Not worth the headache. Terrible to no support, poor instructions, missing parts, bait and switch return policy. Don't know where to start but if you're looking for a quality product from a reputable company then this is not the company for you.
